“I usually drop my prescription off and wait for the text, but today I had a bad case of pink eye that was driving me insane. Even though I appeared to be agitated, a new pharmacist (I’ve been coming here for years) named Erica assisted me today and “ERICA I AM SO GRATEFUL!” She was quick, efficient and informative and BEYOND helpful. I think she could see that I was irritated, but not by ‘someone’ and asked what was going on (instead of making assumptions) I told her my eyes were driving me crazy and she got me my prescription in less than 15 minutes. I want to say “thank you” to her and to Walmart pharmacy .. hire more people like Erica - people that actually CARE ?”

“Although I have had several minor inconveniences at this pharmacy, they have always been resolved quickly and effectively within a matter of minutes. When insurance has been a pain, they made sure to do the work to make everything right.Martin, Isom, and Cameron especially as such wonderful people. They know mine and my mom’s names and birthdays off the top of their heads, and will spend time talking to us and getting to know us while they are packing our medications. They also always know when we have met our deductibles, and therefore when our medications should not have a cost.Martin has become a good friend of mine and my fiancée’s over the two years we’ve been at Kroger Pharmacy Mountain Park. I would highly recommend him and the others at the pharmacy.”

“I had a wonderful experience at my favorite CVS (Store #2116). I always receive friendly and great customer service from the staff at this store. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer today. She provided me with great customer service and knowledge about the wonderful sales at CVS.”
“I took three prescriptions here today after having a fairly detailed dental procedure. I was told it would be an hour and that was within the time frame the dentist told me the numbing shots would wear off. I went home and, as promised, I had a text and under an hour to come pick up all three. Everything went smoothly and Christiana helped me during both visits. She was clearly very busy when I dropped off the prescriptions but had a moment to have a pleasant chat exchange as I checked out.
I've had issues with this pharmacy years ago and I quit using it for quite a long time even though it's less than a mile from my house. Now that my insurance requires CVS, I gave it another shot today and the result was positive. I'd like to continue to support it because it's good to have it in my neighborhood!”
