My baby looked gorgeous they did an excellent job BUT...... the lady called to say she was ready to pick her up but also she insulted my dog. She called her nasty she was like she almost bit her she used bad words tho and she kept telling me how nasty and rude and all this things about my baby over the phone. the only good thing about this terrible experience that she told me this over the phone not in person because the way she insulted my baby I would have done something crazy.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY RESPECT YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! Lamar is the worst owner of a business I have ever encountered. I made appointments through him twice, and both times caused sever inconvenience and Lamar showed no sympathy as to the inconvenience that he caused. After attempting to remedy an issue that Lamar caused, he was still unwilling to work me to get my dog serviced. Lamar is obviously ignorant as to the point of making appointments. Lamar booked me a 10am appointment for my dog to only be seen at 4pm (when the vet arrived) he lied to an associate (who was very generous to apologize on his behalf and attempted to aid me in getting my services done in timely manner) and further denied that he did anything wrong nor suggested any other solution to compensate his poor service. I truly try to support small businesses especially black owned, however, that lack of organization and professionalism I will never condone. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY RESPECT YOUR TIME AND MONEY! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

GREEDY FOR MONEY. The last few experiences with my cats has been horrible! This happened in January 2018. One of the techs, I believe Lamar, hurt my cat by snatching his full nail out of the nailbed when taking him out of the carrier. When I picked up my cat he brushed it off like it did not matter to him and said "these things just happen some times". When I got home I looked at the wound, it was open & was still bleeding a little, indicating my cat was mishandled & mistreated during the visit. If my cat did not want to get bath, they should have just not bathe him & do the other cats, call me and inform me of the problem and wait till another time to bath him. But GREEDY FOR MONEY FOR ALL 3 CATS caused this horrendous action. I call them lots of times, no answer the phone or return my messages. I'm currently looking for another groomers for my cats. When Ms. Shanay was taking care of them this never happened, I miss her grooming my cats & calm gentleness with my cats, get her back out there!

Appt. was made. I asked if I can drop off my pet first thing in the morning when open. Guess what....it wasn't opened I waited for 15 min. (Should have to) I had to go all the way back home to drop off my pet thus very late for work. That turned my whole day upside down. BAD BUSINESS

I will never take my pet back to Pets in Paradise!!!. I had an appt. for 8:00 am no one ever showed! At 8:30a I had to take my pet back home then drive across town to work. Made an appt. for the next day , not aware that they close early @ 5:00 pm. I was 15 minutes away and the male owner would not stay for me to pick up my dog. He stayed there all night no water, no food!!! He is arrogant and doesn't care about customer service. With this type of attitude, you will not be in business LONG!!!
