This place is wonderful! I have not seen them in s while. Are they still open?
So, I'm here now (Saturday, August 3, 2024, 3:55pm and yall are not here!!! Your response (3 days ago) said yall are still open. Is there a new location?? I'm at the nail shop on Redan Rd.

Both nail techs were amazing. Flawless work. My legs and feet feel relaxed and pampered.

I came there 3 times. The last time they refused to service me. Kept telling me it will be a hour wait. Even when I tried to make an appointment for a hr later they told me it will be busy. They aren't professional, and over charge. If you try to pay before your nails they get upset. Found a better place. ? They are discriminate and just lie about wait times and services.

CUT TWO OF MY TOES TO BLEEDING!! ☹️☹️?The poorest service ever! There was a lady and man there. (assuming owners) I went in for a simple toe nail cutting and polishing. The lady CUT 2 of my nails causing them to BLEED! When I said something, she became VERY NASTY! Furiously told me she’d not finish and to leave and go somewhere else for them to service me! Proceeded to holler and scream telling me to get out! I have never seen such POOR customer service!! I could not remove the one star, if I could have, they’d get a 0. The man put some green stuff on the cuts. This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced, lady having no self control!! Poor customer Service! Would never go there again and would not recommend to anyone else!!

They are truly hard workers with their customers in mind. It's only two in the shop and they make it happen. Always satisfied!!

I really wish I could leave a no star review. The service here has gotten awful. This was one of my places I would go if I couldn't get where I wanted. Woman turned my foot so much and hard that it literally wouldn't turn anymore. I had to cuss her out for her to stop. And on top of that, I've gotten a nail fungus. I've been getting pedicures for over 20 years and have NEVER had one! Absolutely the worst!!!!
