I've had to replace my Jeep's battery and headlight bulbs... on both occasions, OReilly Auto Parts in Stone Mountain has had the parts in stock for a reasonable price... and their customer service is on point! They will tell you what may be the problem and help you find a solution!Knowledgeable staff, excellent stock/supply, and great accessories to shop while you're waiting!It's good to know there's a place like O'Reillys when your vehicle starts acting up and the dealership just isn't an option!

Get Lawrence out the door one of the rudest humans I ever met. Due to his rudeness I will never shop here again. Unnecessary rudeness dude if you that miserable retire. I was having a good day until I came for a return. For a man to be that disrespectful to a woman I had to tell him I will have my husband come handle this issue. You not about to raise my bp nor keep disrespecting me. You all need a voice recorder to see how he speaks to people. You will have no customers if he keeps it up. Glad I grew up because he truly would have been a cussed out elder.

People sleeping on employee desks made me stand in front of the desk and kept me waiting for 5 min. AAuto Parts' customer service is way better. This store needs a complete makeover of removing rude people and training good ones. Won't be back again.

Store hour is 7:30am yet after waiting for about 10min for the door to open as scheduled an employee finally came out and informed me due to them just waxing the floors they can’t let me in because it’s a safety hazard and won’t be open till 8:30am . The issue is it’s putting customers at a disadvantage because you don’t know how far I traveled to get to that particular location and on top of that shouldn’t the cleaning be done the night prior and not the morning of especially waxing floors at that .

Hit or miss here. Either have the nicest ladies assisting you. Or meanest old men aggravated about life assisting you. Has the parts i need everytime but the environment could be a lot friendlier and welcoming

Good afternoon to everyone I gave them a 2 because I really don't go there their prices for things for my car it's kind of high for me I already have an expensive car so with these prices today I go to another place but if you like it I mean they got stuff that you need I'll check it out my God always tell you be blessed not stretched but I'm for success and everything else is the way it's happy Sunday

I ordered brake caliper for my car and suppose to be delivered at the stone mountain store at 10am. They never call me and then when I call. The manager told me their system was down and didnt delivered the part. I can tell he was disappointed and basically covering for them , then tell me they will be here at 430pm. O'Reilly can be unpredictable and unprofessional. Never again. P.s I pay for it already the day before. Who's double checking delivery routes ???♂️ they just cost me time, labor, and my trust with them. I deserve a full refund plus the part for all this lying going on??♂️.

Sold me a serpentine belt but the auto shop I went to told me they can’t use outside parts. I go to return it to O’Reilly and they swear they never sold it to me and made little effort to rectify the issue. Manager asks if I confused it with another belt as if I keep belts on hand to scam O’Reilly

My headlight switch stopped working when I was trying to get home from work. The 2 guys there including Christian were incredibly helpful in getting me back on my way after a long day!
