I would give this no stars.. dark skin girl with the nose ring is rude and needs to be fired.. doesn't like to help anyone and has a attitude with customers..

Not every phone place has knowledgeable representatives. I had some issues at first, but we worked them out. The owner was VERY patient, and I am very satisfied.

I dont know what 2 girls work there on Wednesday’s around 7:00pm but I had when to get a upgrade on a phone first off when i walked in the whole metro pcs store smelled like weed and the workers was on their personal phone. When i was trying to get help i wasnt help with the right respect these two girl gave us wrong upgrade prices on the phone didnt once come from behind the desk and helped me so RUDEEEEE AND THE FAT GIRL HAD THE NASTINESS ATTITUDE!!! they both got 2 big nose rings in they nose. But anyways i went to the other store on lavista rd because I wasn’t getting the help i need and it was sooo different they came from behind the desk and helped the prices from my upgrade was so much lower. I paid 140 for a phone but the same phone i was trying to get at the other store i was going to pay 240. Something is not right at that store. They need to get FIRED!!!! This is unacceptable and something need to be done ASAP i cant even talk to q manger the man at the other store (lavista rd) his name is Q and HE NEED A RAISE!!!!! He was so helpful and even gave me a tmobile cup smh its sad how own kind is so rude nd nasty. I WILL NEVER COME TO THAT STORE AGAIN

I actually visited a different Metro which was short staffed. The sales associate seemed to be occupied with other thoughts, wasnt really educated with the products, didnt really have what I needed or just maybe she wasnt having a good day. The associate did suggest to call another store because I was advised that each store is a franchise and markets differently. So I called the Metro located on Hairston Road and spoke with Juice and she was wonderful an absolute sweetheart. Not only did Juice know her products but her customer service was excellent. You can tell Juice loves her job! Coming from a person who believes in having an ultimate customer service experience, I was just happy to know that others do care! The other associate working was pleasant too, and Happy Birthday to her! We need more people like those two ladies working to make this world a better place! They deserve a raise!

Worst customer service, the two ladies wouldn't let me purchase a SIM card she stated that the SIM card wouldn't work because they just got them in yesterday.I know that was a lie.I had to drive to another location to buy a SIM card and they was very helpful.

I went into the store today with questions and the young lady with braids in her hair had an attitude i guess she was the manger. This will be my last time going to this metro store. The store need to hire better workers.
