I had a hard time transferring service from one telephone to another. I called Metro customer service for a week without getting any help. I went to Metro in Memorial Bend Plaza and Mohammed was great today. He called metro customer service for me and in 5 minutes the service was transferred. I bought a new phone and he helped me to get the working the way I wanted. This is the first customer review that I have given. Thank you for all your help Mohammed.

Terrible only sales driven they only lie to meet there quota. I went to get a new phone and they added new tablet and they lied said it's free even though I am paying for the tablet and they forgot put my protection plan. On my phone even though she said she put protection on her phone.i am highly disappointed.

Today my phone encountered some problems with the internet and voice commands. The store agent was extremely courteous and cognizant of advice, problem solving, and demonstrated a resolute example of intent to satisfy in a customer-friendly manner. My sincere thanks to METRO for having such a fine employee representing your organization.

I've been a Metro customer since 2016, visiting this store was the worst! Two employee's in the store and both with bad customer service skills. Went in the add a new line to my account, they did not have the any of the so call free phones in the store. He goes to the bad and get a Galaxy A13 and that he new was broken. Charged me for phone the line and activation fee I paid them, they did not test the phone did not even turn the phone on, just put it back in the box and thought I was going to walk out without testing the phone. The phone wouldn't even come on. I asked for a return and the next day they still charged me for an additional line that I did not even activate. These people are horrible! They don't mind ripping people off.. I will never visit this store and or recommend anyone to this store.

Both of the sales associates were friendly and knowledgeable, however, when I brought a new, unlocked phone in to get put onto my EXISTING Metro by T-Mobile account (I already had a working Metro by T-Mobile SIM, etc) - he tried to charge me $30 to do it!!! I then found out that $10 of it was for a new SIM card, which I informed him (he knew, he was trying to pull a fast one) I didn't need... Ultimately, I had to pay $20 for something he admitted would have been free if I'd of done it at home myself... Ughh...

AS A BLACK AMERICAN , I ADVISED MY FELLOW BLACK COMMUNITY TO NOT PATRONIZE AT THIS LOCATION. I WAS MISTREATED INSULTED POORLY, THE GUY BY THE NAME BASHAR HE CLLED HIM SELF MANAGER ATTITUDE IS AWFUL SO AWFUL UNTIL WE STILL MAKE SENSE TO HOW HE EVEN MANAGED AND OPERATES THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
