When you go, make sure you communicate with them or they will set your 8 digit pin and zip code without telling you what it is. Also, they will add a phone case and charger block to your bill without your consent, the class and charger block was about a 55 dollar extra charge, they do not answer the phone when attempting to call them, so it looks like going in person is the only way to get someone's attention, my fiance got a phone from a location down the road from this one and was able to return the charger block and case from her phone due to not opening them yet, and the receipt stating you have 14 days to get a refund on phones and accessories,

My foreigner parents recently bought Galaxy A14 5G. He charger them screen $25 ,case$25 and $25 for store charger transform SIM new phone. He shouldn’t never charger store fee , when they already are metro plan customer For years. why it’s so expensive for screen, when y’all buy online 3 pcs for $6. Worst service ever!

We went to the store today around 3: 40pm to get a family plan. When we went in there was only one guy. We asked him to help us get a family plan but he wouldn’t even try to help us. He was very rude and had an attitude. I am never going back there and I suggest you don’t either.

I came in to get to actually pay my bill and due to how knowledgeable courteous and above and beyond the two young men behind the counter where I left with the T-Mobile home internet which works great so far I have no complaints but I really do like the customer service and we'll be returning to this particular MetroPCS by T-Mobile store

The clerk tried to steal my i.d. the guy tried to steal my money. Their card machine doesn't work so they use their own phones to process payments. Terrible. Please hire new men with better customer service. He was on his phone and did not even know how to communicate

I am so so disappointed with this company I have been with them for 20 years every time I go to them about the phone issue nobody's professional to help me with anything I bought was in a year like 6 telephone I tell all my family and friends to switch with them their prices so high for everything all together even though I was a phone family plans and I'm having an issue with that way too expensive too much money and no enjoyment

Went to this place on 11-10-20 to turn on a phone for my son, the gentlemen change my son phone number without telling or giving me the new phone number.I was in a hurry to work and forgot to ask. I need to call my son and i dont even know the the number to his phone. Shm
