Skip is so knowledgeable on any type of gun and always willing to field questions as is Kaylee. I have purchased two handguns there and know that I got them at the best price. I have nothing but kudos for the service and gun range at Master Gunman!Since I first wrote this I have had the pleasure of shooting at the range and have bought many guns there. Over the years I have seen them grow and expand their products. If they don’t have the product you’re looking for, they can get it asap. Still the friendliest and most knowledgeable in the area.

Best and friendliest staff around. If they can help you they will. If they can't they will give you what they can and point you in the direction you need to go in. If I had more stars to give they would get it.

Stopped in on Friday 01/27/23 looking for a holster for a lefty because my clip for my original holster broke,hoping they would have one that fit my pistol,as soon as I walked in they greeted me and helped me out I told them my issues and instead of selling me a new holster he asked to see my original one and was able to find me a clip to fit mine,gave me a great deal on the clip and actually took the time to talk shop for a few. I'm not from the area but if I was this would be my store couldn't be any nicer and helpful.thanks again

10mg melatonin deep and about to fall asleep but then I remember how these people helped me a few years back. If I don’t write a review now then I will forget like I did the previous 10 times. I brought my grandfathers pistol here to get cleaned and blued. Can’t remember his name but he recommended he first tries getting rust off and polishing it to keeps its originality vs essentially changing the guns color. Once I picked it up and saw how well he did, I was very thankful for that. Then as I’m checking out, he tells me it’s free of charge. Every now and then you meet great people in this industry and these people are a few of them. Can’t find this at quickshot or any other ranges I’ve been to in atl.

Went to this range for the first time today - they were super nice and helpful. I needed a repair and it was no problem. They had the mag I was looking for too. The range was good and I’ll definitely be back! It’s a no b.s. place with reasonable prices and good people, which I really appreciate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a gun from this establishment in 2019 very first gun purchased. It was stolen along with my car at the end of October. It was listed on the police report and unfortunately since I bought the gun I've moved 3 times and misplaced my paperwork. Well when it was stolen I called asking for paperwork on my gun since it was misplaced I was told the paperwork retrieval would be $50 I agreed to this because I needed it for reimbursement on the insurance claim and they said it would take 2 weeks. Well weeks go by and I have no paperwork. 2 months in and I call to speak to the "owner" and he was so rude to me mentioning he's doing me a favor as if I didn't have to pay $50 dollars for the paperwork he also stated that because he felt I didn't understand the length of time it took to obtain paperwork that he wouldn't retrieve my paperwork for me. He wanted me to kiss his a** for paperwork that if I sent the cop to get he'd have to provide right away. Terrible establishment, even worst customer service. Owner is an a******* I was lucky enough to have a detective on my stolen car case that didn't mind giving me the paperwork I needed to be reimbursed for my gun and I promised myself that after I was reimbursed I'd write a review to tell others to be aware of the terrible customer service experience they are running at this gun shop! Would never shop here again and I hope this helps someone else. Also before I even talked to the owner I called multiple times and the owner was either "busy or not there" "running to get lunch" right before the shop was set to close. "On vacation for weeks" so I had no options to come in person to receive paperwork...etc etc. I ended up buying a new gun at a sporting goods store one where if I ever needed replacement paperwork it would be provided without given the run around.

My experience wasn’t the best I purchased a firearm online, fortunately was able to see that my package arrived at 1:17PM 12/23/2022. I reached out to them no answer, my boyfriend called they answered immediately. He was informed to get there before 4:30PM which is understandable but we could’ve been to the establishment well ahead of time. The current time was 3:30PM when someone decided to answer the phone. My boyfriend recommended this location since this was my first time doing a ffl transfer.Upon arriving to the range I was greeted by Bonnie, while assisting me with my paperwork I noticed they had the firearm I purchased sitting on the countertop with the box open and one of the customers were asking questions regarding the firearm. Not sure if this is normal practices but it didn’t sit right with me. Completing the required paperwork Bonnie was very rude for no reason. Attitude is everything when doing business with me and I won’t be doing business with this company again just because of my experience. My boyfriend won’t be doing business with them again as well and will be sure to let all of his family and friends know to no longer support this establishment.Bonnie could use some training on proper etiquettes. At 4:22PM magically she decides to send a text informing me that my firearm arrived and I come pick it up on Tuesday.

Ehhh I hate to be that negative person but to be honest this is the worst range I’ve been to. The actual “range” itself is a very small and confined space with hardly anywhere to move around. It’s so small that even if there’s like 2 or 3 other people next to you it feels like you can’t breath from the lack of space in there. Tbh I don’t even think the range is in safe conditions because it was hot inside the range and I know that can’t be good considering all the lead in that environment. Also no .223 or 556 is allowed. Brought my AR all the way up there and wasn’t even allowed to use it. Nothing about this place enables me to have a good shooting experience so I will never be returning. The people were nice that’s the only good thing I can say about this place but you couldn’t get me to come back to this place even if it was for free

Very affordable and friendly service. Definitely recommend. Only gripe is that the shooting range itself could use air conditioning as it's fairly warm inside even with the floor fan running
