“I often come here to get my paperwork notarized. Although normally only manned by one person, I'm never in there for more than 5 minutes. Prices for the notary services are reasonable at $5 a stamp/page. What really made me love this place was the courtesy that the owner showed. Recently I left my ID there and didn't know. I returned from a trip to find a piece of mail in my mailbox stating that I left my ID and to please return. He was so cognizant and copied my ID on a scanner and printed it, then used a black marker to block out all of my information other than my photo. He also attached his business card and stated that he hopes this address is current and to please call him and that he will be holding it for me. In a world where people don't have the time or aren't courteous to protect another person's information I was just extremely impressed that he took the time to protect my information like that and thought of how someone could've utilized the information on my ID if for any reason my address wasn't updated. It's the little things and now this is likely the only place I will use moving forward.”
“I love this store. I was soooooo nervous to send an international package because inside was some documents I could not get other copies of. The UPS staff assured me it could be tracked and took it a step further by tracking it themselves and calling me to tell me when it arrived in case I missed the update. I felt sooooo cared for. “I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. I'm a retail innovation and customer experience consultant, so I REALLY notice both the big and the little things...and this location sets the bar. I hope they are recognized for how awesome they are. Customers like me are so very appreciative, and it will be awarded with our ongoing business!”

“Brent and his team went above and beyond with my printing needs for my wedding. Extremely knowledgable. I'm not sure if the bad reviews are from prior management but I walked in and was greeted by every employee the moment I stepped in with huge smiles. I could tell they truly appreciated my business. I went to 2 other UPS locations and 2 other printing services and each gave me so much trouble. I will happily drive an additional 20+ minutes each time for the excellent customer service.”

“I had superior service here, a week before Christmas. Staff was efficient, able to multi task, and served with smiles. Lines moved. They handled a return and packed gifts to be shipped for me. While I waited, others printed labels, made copies and dropped off boxes to be shipped. Great job!”
“Came in with an ironing board that needed to be returned because of a broken leg. The manager Mr. Patel initially quoted me with $25 to use a new box (half the price of the ironing board itself). After some quick thinking, he saw I had the original box the ironing board came in and was able to shimmy it back in at a much lower cost. Great customer service.”

Mohammad was able to give me a quick understanding of how expensive this job would be and gave me a call a few hours once it was done so I didn't have to waste time sitting at the store. Packing was A+, everything was done very tightly packed and properly buffered. Absolutely wonderful customer service, I have no fears my items will make it without damage. Mohammed even stayed over an hour late to make sure everything looked good to us and helped us get the best price possible, unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Have no fears sending complicated shipping jobs Mohammad's way!”
