I called her based on a referral. I didn't even need her to show me properties, simply to submit an offer on a property I knew I wanted already. She quickly and rudely informed me that she was too busy to help me and would not. Rudest realtor I have encountered. Fortunately, I found someone else to do this simple task without the attitude.

I had a very delightful experience with Lucretia to sell my old house and buy a new house. She was very experienced to renovate my house and sold it within a couple of days on the market! To buy my second house, she had a lot of patience and showed me several houses that I was interested in and found the right one for me. Very friendly, highly recommended!

A close friend recommended this agent to me. Although she was a nice lady she failed at representing me, the buyer diligently. She was late to all but one showing and was even 30 minutes late to my closing because she needed an oil change. She was very scattered and also was running her other business while showing me homes, very unprofessional. She failed to ask sellers to professionally clean the home which I have learned since is standard in the business. I cleaned my new home for 4 days along with getting carpets and ducts cleaned. If you use this agent be prepared to advocate for yourself because if you don't you'll get screwed.
