I love this place so much. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They helped my little soul dog that had cancer, experience life longer than expected and they are now helping my 2 senior dogs live a happy life. They think outside the box and really listen to you, which is key. I'm truly blessed to have found them. I am full of gratitude for their kindness and expertise.

I appreciate that Loving Touch has alternative treatments to common ailments in pets. I googled some herbal remedies for giardia in my dog but did not feel confident that I should try them. I have confidence that Loving Touch knows which herbs to use and when and which ones are actually effective.

Please don't take your dogs here and expect holistic care. That used to be offered when Dr Michelle ran the clinic, but now that her daughter has taken over it was not my experience at all. My boxer has an internal bleed and I've seen 2 allopathic vets, but wanted holistic care for him and diagnostics. When I asked what herbs I could use for him until he could get the endoscopy done, Dr Rosie didn't know the answer even to how much slippery elm I could use, but told me she would research and let me know. This is a simple herb that any vet should know how to use if they offer holisitic care. I chose to cancel his endoscopy scheduled for the next week because we had moved that same week and he was completely stressed with losing his home, his walks, his friends etc. I called on Monday to cancel the Thursday appt and the receptionist agreed it was the best thing to do. I asked for them to reschedule, but they said they would call me back. No call in a week, called back again with yet no response. Two weeks later when I call back, Dr Rosie seemed to not even remember us in the first of the conversation. Reminded her and asked about the appt and that I still needed to know the slippery elm amt, or colostrum, aloe etc as that's what I had been doing but wasn't sure on the amt. She informed me "none of that will help his digestive issues" and off the cuff told me to use a quarter tsp of slippery elm. He's a 92 pound boxer. That's the dose for a 10 lb dog. I told her I drove 4 hrs round-trip to be able to get the holistic help we needed until I could get the endoscopy scheduled again and her response was "I didn't ask you to do that." Who speaks to a client that way?? I could tell I wasn't going to get any help, particularly when she informed me I didn't know what holistic meant. I've been a holistic practitioner myself for almost 30 years. She agreed to reschedule him and would get back with me when she found out when the internist would be in to do the test. I then received an email 2 days later releasing him from her care, saying I wasn't a good fit. I requested the lab work cost of almost $600 be returned because it was all done for pre surgery work up. I've received absolutely no refund, no communication or anything even though I asked for this over the phone. I've been left to figure out everything on my own with herbs, no diagnostics and she has all the money for pre surgery work up. It's very obvious the main concern here in this clinic now is how much money they can collect from you, and absolutely no concern for the animals well being at all, as she dismissed my dog as he was still bleeding internally.

Everyone there is compassionate and caring. We truly appreciate the dedicated time and care given to our furkids. ❤️ The vets take time to understand each pet's full history and considers it when suggesting treatments. They are always willing on top of research, helping them to propose the best possible solution for pets with tricky conditions, like Cushing's Disease.

Dr. Michelle and Dr. Rosie have helped my little old man so much with acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. His arthritis was slowing him down and now he seems to be more comfortable and gets around much better

I absolutely LOVE all of the staff at Loving Touch! My sweet Ollie has been a nervous and reactive dog since we started visiting and everyone has been so patient with him. They all take their time to make sure he is comfortable and cared for. We recently moved over an hour away. The thought of going to any other vet is out of the question. You all do such a great job that I am willing to make the drive to continue having you care for Ollie. Thank you to all of the staff at Loving Touch!

UGA referred us to Loving Touch after our doxie suffered a severe spinal injury that required emergency surgery. We were told her chances of walking again were slim. But Dr Michelle thought otherwise and recommended a treatment that has worked wonders. Today, our doxie enjoys a full life. Thank you Dr Michelle, Dr Rosie, Dr Rodríguez and the entire team ?

We LOVE Dr. Cherry, the rehab doctor. She deserves 10 out of 5 stars. I feel so lucky to have "found" her. I also love that this is an integrative health practice. People here really love companion animals.Unfortunately, the underwater treadmill was totally broken for months and is still semi-broken. It can't be used in the way that's most effective for my canine daughter. There's a woman on staff who seems to know how to fix it. For whatever reason, ownership doesn't seem to be listening to her. I'm confident this is going to cost them business. It's also unfair to Dr. Cherry, who has to continually harness all of her creative energy to keep her patients engaged and improving.I saw the man who claims to be fixing it, and it was obvious that he didn't know what he's doing. The mere fact that it has been broken soooooooooooooo long is proof of this.

We recently moved to GA and were referred to Loving Touch. I am so happy with this office! There are several other vets that are closer to our home but we happily go a little further because the staff here is so kind, thoughtful and thorough. We have a very feisty terrier and they treat him so well and with love and patience. Everything being done is thoroughly explained to us and visits are quick but never rushed. There is plenty of time to ask questions if needed. We also love using the app to connect with the care team to request appointments or refills and access records.

My dog has had a struggle with food and environmental allergies. Dr. Michelle knew exactly what tests to run, explained her rationale for diagnosis and treatment, and developed a reasonable plan forward. I am confident in Dr. Michelle's skills and knowledge and I was very happy with our first visit. My pup is already responding well to treatment!

Dr Michelle has been our Vet for over 20 years. There is no one I would trust with my pets more than her. If you want a vet who will actually sit with you and answer questions and think out of the box, then Loving Touch is the place for you. The staff is great also.

I have taken all of my dogs to Loving Touch since we moved to Gwinnett County in 2017. Dr. Michelle, Dr. Rosie, and all of the staff are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with the health and wellbeing of my fur babies.
