My experience was nothing less than awesome ben went up and beyond to make sure everything was beyond my standards. The actually owner is awesome this was my FIRST CAR and he made sure to give me pointers to help maintenance the car (how often to get oil chances etc..) THIS PLACE MADE MY FIRST CAR EXPERIENCE EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Hey, I paid for this 1999 Ford expedition from Ben Had to do some minor maintenance. I think this was back In September 2023, now we in 2024, and it's going on march and this 1999 Ford expedition have been driving ever since. I'm in the car right now as i speak. And I knew I needed a reliable car and I'll tell you. This Ford is really reliable. Thinking about taking it to New York.Cause that's where I'm from.

Bought a car from ben. Had a current emissions from just a few days before. Yet before i made it home a check engine light was on. Went to get the code read. Sure enough 02 and catalytic converter.. it was shot. My mechanic discovered that and a list of other things it needed. I knew it would need brakes, tie rods , rack and pinion and some minoe things. But i can tell what they did. They probably disconnected the battery got the code off and while in cycle mode. A code wont pop again usually for 30 or 40 miles. So they got it to pass inspection. And sold it . I drove it 40 miles home. Halfway back . Check engine.Its poor business practices. Also 100 Percent ILLEGAL to sale a car in Ga with the catalytic issue ! And they fully knew this !Shady business practices. I did reach out before this review. And no response. Crickets!I know they saw the msg as well. Since we respondsd on fb marketplace. The msg shows read and no response..So buyer beware. Or really buy somewhere else..

Just brought a car recently (9/1/23) from this company. I asked Matt (salesperson) if the driver side door lock would give me any problems. He assured me that it would not. The very next day (9/2/23) I was locked out my vehicle due to the lock not working. I had to get a locksmith in order to get into the car. I called the establishment they told me to bring the car in Tuesday cause the mechanic was out. Later that day the car started jerking when accelerating between 20-40 mph , breaking or while in idle. On Monday (9/4) I was driving and the engine light turned on. Tuesday (9/5) I take the car to them to check on the issues. Matt did a diagnostic and determined it has a misfire in one of the cylinders. Their mechanic looked at the door and told me his rate is $100/hr to fix the problem. I was taken aback since I had just brought the car on the 1st. This lets me showed me 2 things . 1) They do not service their vehicles prior to selling them. They are friendly people however do not trust their word for 100 percent value (If you do decide to buy with them bring your own mechanic) 2. When you sign those papers they could care less. If you go back to them they will charge ($100/hr) to fix the problem. Be aware of whom your buying from especially if you finance from a third-party!!
