Jovan was knowledgeable and highly capable - did four state return (GA & VA, 2019 & 2020), plus my 2020 Federal, in less time than I could have done any one of those. Due to his understanding of multi-state returns, I wound up paying a LOT less than what it was looking like when I trying to do it myself.
