The woman that works the front desk is absolutely distasteful. I witnessed her be rude to families with small children, in front of their children. She's unhelpful and unwelcoming. She meets you with aggression and comes off very abrasive as if you're inconveniencing her by trying to file taxes and ask questions. I literally could not get past her attitude to even file my taxes. There are way too many other locations to have to do with the lack of professionalism.

Had an appointment at 415 and wasn’t seen by an agent until 530 at which point she said she wasn’t ready for me so sent me to another agent who was friendly but took 45 minutes and felt sorry for the wait and called the district manager on her own accord and then pretty much was told who cares. Cathy was sweet though

Professional, attentive , thorough. The office is convenient . I also like the scanning features for your documents. By the time i arrived at the office it was a breeze to finalize my return. Kudos to the staff and especially Mrs. Holmes.

Don't come here for a loan or your tax returns if you have an appointment and you arrive a couple of minutes early and people came in after you have the same appointment time goes ahead of you they'll have you sitting here waiting for 2 hours

Great experience with Betty! There were few computer issues...probably mercury retrograde anyway the Betty and the team worked it out and got my taxes approved for IRS. Betty kept me in the loop with status of my taxes. Betty is very knowledge of business tax laws and was able to answer my questions and give me clarity. Nice customer service : )

The worst service experience of my life. Do not use HR Block. It has taken 7 weeks and 24 hours plus on the phone to so many different people and they still cannot get my return complete and paid. It is astonishing to me that it could be this hard. No-one at the branch seems to know how the systems work. Absolutely painful. Should be zero stars, not one, but it won't allow me to select that.
