Area is pretty, but it seems break ins and theft is a recurring theme in vehicles, happened today 2 minute drive up the road during a training i was attending during lunchtime where multiple windows were broken with stolen items...and a car stolen!!! Past reviews show the same trend in this area. Halls smell of weed on and off. The doors slam very loud and will wake you up at night. Toilet rocks and the caulk has pink mold staining around the toilet and shower head. Beds are comfy and a couple different pillow firmness choices is nice. Cleaning staff does a good job, but maintenence items needed. Outlets by the bed are far past worn and barely hold on to the chargers. Staff is nice when needed and the breakfast has a nice selection. Rooms are very clean and modern otherwise.

I stayed here with my wife and 3 children. We had a 3rd floor room and around 2 in the morning we were all woke up to a knock on our door, yelling, crying, and doors slamming. I open to the door to see what's going on and a little girl is running the halls by herself knocking on doors and a group of people in 4-5 different rooms are going in and out of the rooms slamming doors and yelling at each other so I called the front desk and said I want this resolved my family is now awake and cant sleep with all the nonsense, I was told these people have been there for 3 weeks and they are sorry for the inconvenience. The next morning I was told by front desk that the GM would be contacting me in the next few days to discuss refund, no call was ever recieved after a few days so I called and requested to speak with GM and was told no refunds were being given for the problem. Having guest like that in your hotel for 3 weeks must be acceptable so if you want to pay to not sleep then this is the place for you.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Even the hallway is spotless. I constantly see staff cleaning everywhere! This is my second stay here. The rooms are well equipped with full-size amenities, mini fridge, and coffee pods. The bed & pillows are comfortable. Enjoy a full breakfast with a variety such as turkey sausage, bacon hot & cold cereals, fresh fruit, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and cheese omelets. No continental breakfast here! This hotel is fully staffed. They clean the rooms every day. Since covid, other hotels either try to get you to opt-out of room cleaning or they only clean every 2-3 days! Everyone is friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this location. I stay here when visiting family. I definitely will return.Rooms: Extremely clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Love the Dove lotion & body wash. There are no little dry bars of soap.Nearby activities: Near Stone Mountain State Park.Food & drinks: Full American breakfast. 24 hours tea, coffee & hot chocolate. Mini mart in the lobby has microwaveable meals & snacks. Microwave available for use.Noteworthy details: Very clean, which is very important to me. There is a small gym & guest operated coin laundry.

Most amazing customer service experience I have ever had anywhere. During the day, I had to extend my room at the very last minute and was told that my room had already been sold to another customer. I did not extend my stay quick enough. Front desk staff worked with me and got everything situated for me. I was told that room service and housekeeping would move all of my things from my first room to the new room. I was stuck in a training all day and could not leave to do it myself. I was a little skeptical at first, but was hoping for the best.I came back to the hotel and checked in my new room, and everything was literally right, where I left it in the other room. Housekeeping moved all of my stuff, and put it with exactly where it was in the last room. All of my toiletries were in the bathroom arranged, even my phone chargers were plugged in by the bed like they were in the other room. All of my clothes were in my suitcase and it was even left opened just like I left it. I even had some hot pockets left in the fridge that also made the trip to the new room. It was literally identical. I am truly amazed at how well the situation was handled and how the housekeeping staff hand on my things. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. 6/5 stars ?

I have no idea why the ratings on this hotel are as high as it's listed. First, they want to charge you a $250 unnecessary hold even for a one night stay when that cost half of this extra unnecessary deposit that every other hotel might charge $50. Second, the Internet connection is about as slow as slow gets. Third, given all the extra hoopla you would expect the room to be immaculate, but you'd be wrong. At least this is my experience.

My husband and I traveled to visit Stone Mountain and this is an IHG hotel we chose to stay here. It's a pretty basic hotel, meets the essential needs of a traveler. Pretty decent breakfast and coffee 24 hours. The room were clean. The reason for a three star review is do not plan to sleep. They seem to cluster all the guests in one area, so very late at night we had people in the hallway being loud people in the rooms being loud, etc. Then Housekeeping literally set their stations on the either side of our door at 7:30 in the morning. Which would be fine except we were also dealing with time change adjustments so it seemed even earlier. They were very loud, yelling, not angrily but still yelling at each other, and laughing and singing. Which again of course it's all great except for when you're trying to sleep after arriving late. This happened both mornings we were there. Also, Do not plan to eat in Stone Mountain area. Every restaurant was understaffed to the point of 45 minutes plus wait for a party of two. Many places were out of stock on items that were basic items on their menus. We ended up driving to Snellville before we could find a decent place to eat.

I can't really think of anything negative about our stay here. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and the hotel seemed clean too. The floors didn't feel gross on my feel like hotel floors can. Bathrooms, beds, sheets, fridge, everything seemed cleaned and maintained well.Location, hard to beat. It's minutes away from Stone Mountain and like 30 min from Atlanta. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and parks for the littles to play. Hotel staff was very friendly and so were the people cleaning the rooms. Our room was on top of the doors where people check in and out and enter the hotel so at peak times it was a little loud but that probably goes for any hotel. Breakfast was surprisingly good. They have the standard eggs, sausages, cereals and such. They have yogurt, drinks, different bars and a pancake machine. It was clean and refilled appropriately. Id stay again.
