Wow! And I do mean WOW!! This is what star quality service looks like. Patrick was amazing, thorough, knowledgeable and QUICK! Not really sure what I was expecting, but it sure wasn’t the great service they provided. Do yourself a favor and make this place your one stop shop…you won’t be disappointed!!

I had some trouble building my pc, and I definitely recommend going to HL computer if you have any issues with your PC. The staff was very helpful and fixed my PC the same day. Peter was a great technician and made sure I got what I needed. My PC runs great now and overall HL computer made fixing my PC a stress free experience.

I took my computer here to get it fixed because it would not display and seemed to not boot up all the way but rarely it would work just fine and would display a image. I took my computer here to get this seemingly simple problem fixed. The first trip I took to this place was just to get it diagnosed and had pay their $49 upfront cost, and the next day I got the unhelpful advice to just buy a new computer for $800, which is just ridiculous because the computer did work.So I took my computer back home and was down $49, but when I tried to boot it up that night the computer did not have signs of life at all and was just even more broken. It also made this awful buzzing noise as it tried to work(something that didn't happen before). I went back to them the next day so they can look into this new issue. Thankfully they did it without charging me anything which I really appreciated. A few days later they called me saying it was all fixed and up and running.I raced over there to pick up my machine and they showed what they said was the problem -a bent up CPU. I immediately thought that was very suspicious because I've had this computer since new and have never taken it to a shop for any hardware issue. I still payed $90 for the new CPU however because I was just happy the computer was working at all. Unfortunately, when I got home it turned on but I was still stuck with the original problem of it not booting up.$140 and a couple hours for Absolutely nothing and at this point I wont be going back to waste more time and money. While I wanted to trust these guys to help me out, at the end of the day they did not and because of that I CANT RECCOMEND SOMEONE GO HERE!!!
