Very easy to find what I needed on their website. The price was reasonable, and the service was quick. It is a nice heavy asphalt tarp for my dump truck. It fit well, and feels to made out of good heavy material. I would buy from them again.

Shipped quickly and it was much heavier duty than my original tarp on my dump trailer. It was inexpensive too.

Had to beg them for the j hooks they were supposed to send me with my asphalt tarp didn't send them on time and didn't send me my shock cord I asked twice for it's like pulling teeth from these people to get something so simple they will never get my business again and he didn't even care when I told him that, and they did not send me my shot cord he asked me could I buy it somewhere local I said why should I and his name was John he was rude at the end all he cared about was not me, they put on their review that they sent me the shot cord that's a lie I ordered it on Amazon and received it in 3 days

Wow! At first I talked on the phone with William very nice guy told me all he was waiting on was to hear back from his install team so he can get me the install price. Next think I know he’s saying it won’t work. I call up and talk to John who says otherwise and we are good to go. I call back up again due to a misleading email response from William only to be hung up on and then calls ignored! Not what I was expecting from a company such as this.

I've used Harp's twice in the last year. Once for a full tarp set up for a dump truck and again for a replacement tarp system for a dump trailer. Both times, the salespeople were extremely knowledgable and helpful. Orders arrived quickly and both systems fit perfectly and are high quality. I would highly recommend.

Friendly always! Takes about 10 days for an order but worth the wait. I only order from them for my chip vans - quality construction for sure. NEVER had an issue with quality. They won’t let you order without going over a drawing or specs on the order so measure twice.
