“It’s not a big box store. It’s a neighborhood hardware store. That being said they have enormous stock of products, a Good Garden center, Fix It and Handyman stuff galore, and isles of cutie things too. The employees are 10,000% kind and helpful. If they don’t know the answer to your question, they know which employee does.”
“This Ace Hardware is fantastic. It is a family run business and I would much rather go here than the big box stores such as Lowe's where you get lost and there's no help around. Each time I have gone to this Ace I have been approached and asked what I needed help with. They are in the newly designed Chamblee Plaza on Peachtree Industrial. So glad they opened near me! Go see them you will be glad you did!”

“They’ve changed the sign out in front! They are no longer Kentec Tools as they are now SouthernCarlson. The store front gives very little clue that inside are lots of Woodworking tools and supplies. I’ve been a periodic customer for the past 20 years.”
“Dropped off 2 chainsaw blades to be sharpened. Picked-up a few days later. Good store with a vast selection although the store is small, you can find just about anything you need. The only issue I have is the young man that checked me out when paying for my blades. He was not professional and was on his phone..using phrases like "yep" when talking about the store and "uh-huh" when I left and said have a good rest of your day.”

The gentleman working the front counter asked a few questions to make sure I was on the right track with what I wanted to do. “I needed to ignite my water heater pilot, but the ignitor broke off. When I arrived, I found out I forgot my wallet. It was a 4 dollar product. I was about to drive back to grab my wallet. The staff told me don't worry about it and paid for it himself. From then on I got my plumbing supply exclusively there. This is the kind of mom and pop shop that serves the locals the best.”

“A bit tight in the back ( if you have an over the road truck and 53 footer, you might wanna back in into their receiving area from the road, and make sure you go to the back of the place by making a left or right turn on Skyland Ct, not the front of the place ), but unloading was fast ( 30 minutes ) once I was in the door.
