Let me first start by saying I usually avoid dealerships like the plague. I decided to attempt the service department at Gwinnett CDJR because it was close to the hotel, I needed my trans fluid and oil changed, and—obviously—they knew how to take care of Jeeps. From the moment I rolled in, Dean walked out the door to greet me, immediately took my information down, called Ali Riaz (one of the lead mechanics) to answer my question, and got me right in. I was blown away by the competitive price of the oil change, and the trans fluid price was a bit pricey, but the coupon and payment options made it easier on the wallet. They also didn't snuff at the fact that my Gladiator is lifted with lots of aftermarket parts that I asked them to grease for me while it was in the shop. For anyone living in the area or visiting like me, go here for your Jeep service needs.
