I showed up at 5:20 and the door sign said they close at 6:00. The door was locked but I could see someone inside. They wouldn't open the door.

My wife drove over here yesterday, in the middle of the day, only to find the place, scheduled to be open from 10 - 6 every day, closed.

This is by far my favorite place to take donations of clothing, home goods and office supplies. They are always so helpful and kind.

This was my first time donating here and I am pleasantly surprised at how easy and fast the process was. I pulled up to the 10 minute parking only designated spot and before I could even put my car in park, someone was already outside with a cart ready to pick up my donations. He was very polite and asked if I needed a receipt for taxes. Not even a minute later, he was back with that and I was on my way.

First time dropping off here and I was worried about them not having a drive through. Luckily I backed in to a spot in front and 2 guys came right out to get my tables. They were super nice as well!

Quick in and out! Parked directly in front of the door in a dedicated parking space. Helpful friendly staff member saw me pull up and came right out. He helped unload my donation onto wheeled cart, gave me a receipt, and I was in and out in about three minutes. I have been here numerous times, and this has been my experience every time!
