I am new to the area and this grocery store is the closet in the neighborhood and I frequently it weekly. The times I have shopped here, I have not been provided all my groceries. They were small items but never the less they were paid for and I did not receive them. Groceries cost too much for the cashier to be in such a hurry to get to rhe next person. I am disappointed and will stop shoping here. It makes no sense for me to have to go so far away to shop but Its what I must do to get all my groceries. I call to let the store know has happened immediately and they are no help. They go look for the item, which has been given to the next customer.

They overcharge you anytime they need to key in the price. This happened too many time. Really bad customer service. Today, the clerk charged me $1.19 an apple instead of $.99. I brought this to his attention but he did not move. I didn’t have time so i left since it was only 6 apples.

I worked here for 2 weeks. The managers and staff are hard workers. The issue for me was the customers who don’t have any respect for essential workers.
The 2 weeks I was here I was called out my name by a older lady and her 81 year old mother for simply telling her that when she was ready she could put her items on the belt, lied on by a rude customer who gave me the nastiest look and hated that I ignored her tactics by cashing her out and greeting my next customer (Abi gail to be specific, who shops there many times a week and if you check loves to leave negative reviews but from my experience is the aggressor), all in all I dealt with disgusting treatment from people who I know are over 35+ who got upset about the price of eggs, having to check IDs, the list goes on …
The customers come in with attitudes and feel they have the right to tell you how you can wait for their payment, stand, even breathe . They also don’t speak back and expect you to treat them like royalty just because you are a cashier.
This was a temporary job for me while finishing my Masters but I left this place for my mental health so that I won’t end up bitter like majority of the customers who shop here!
If I were you , I would shop here but I would aim to treat the workers who are understaffed, coming in on their days off with respect ! This experience has made me lose hope in the community who shop here , and again majority of them are older and know better. Just lack respect for essential workers !!

I've been shopping here for over 6 years coming 2 to 3 times per week. Today of all days I had a terrible experience while checking out in the presence of my young daughter. The cashier (Aaliyah) was rude. She did not great us. I felt very rushed (there was not much traffic) as she began to tap her hand on the register while I searched in my purse for my cash to pay. I thought I had small bills and since I didn't have enough I pulled out some large bills, she started mumbling saying things like oh it can get really ugly for you and you ain't the only one with money? Like what? She gave my daughter an ugly look. I honestly didn't want to act a fool infront of my child or things could have got really ugly. I simply chose the high road and walked out. I caked the store from the parking lot and requested to speak to a manager but was told he would not be in until tomorrow.

Its not my favorite please to food shop. I go there when I don't want to drive far. The store is clean. I don't like the type of people that it attracts. I never buy groceries there, I always just pick up a couple of items. Don't get me wrong its not the store, it's the kind of people attraction. Thank you.

No Stars!!!! I just called the store to ask a question about a product and was told no one can help me because everyone was busy. To busy to answer a question that would take less than 30 seconds. Extremely disappointed in the staffing of the store.

That store is disgusting. It look like poverty threw up in there. There’s sparrow that’s been living there for 2 yrs. It has nothing to do with the employees cleaning its the conditions of the store. Just because it’s in that part of the neighborhood doesn’t mean it should look low budget as it is.
