Enterprise on Memorial Drive is far beyond that absolutely best ??the customer service is phenomenal I never have any issue when I go pick up a vehicle . I have been going to this location for about 2 years - always courteous staff, never a long waiting period , if I need to extend my vehicle never an issue .. Theo is very great he’s professional , take his time to explain things and just an all around great guy to deal with ,, Keep up the awesome job Enterpruse ?????????

I am an enterprise member as there are many. I did reserve a full size vehicle but when I arrived there was not one available. The employee was able to find another vehicle (mini cooper countryman) it is cute but not very good on gas. But it drove well and it was clean. My attendant was kind and very informative and they were still at the office after 5pm. Thank you I will always use Enterprise there prices are fair. But I do wish that they didn't charge for dropping off at another location. :(

I would rate this location negative stars if I could. They refund money to whatever card they feel like and not to the card you used. Tell you one price in person and charge your card for a different amount. They do not give back the full deposit instead they deduct how much your rental was from the deposit even if paid the total amount of your rental with a debit card. Miles is rude and unprofessional. He hung up in my face as I was trying to get clarification regarding charges on two of my cards. To me that doesn't exemplify characteristics of a good manager. Will recommend to not rent from this location.

Slowest enterprise ever....Bad service bad location said they would pick up never ....came.nobody knows whts goin on.ask for a manger Miles is clueless....gave me a car that leaks oil,with check engine light on

100% great experience. Theo at the desk improved my rate for one week rental of minivan, something I didn't expect. Also kudos to Jazmin who, outside, got me familiar with my very nice Chrysler Voyager. I did not wait a long time. I didn't expect vehicle rental to go so smoothly.As it turned out, the whole reason for the rental... that picture suddenly changed as my own car was repaired faster than expected. I returned the minivan the next day. I will miss the nice minivan although I am happy to have my own wheels again.Anyway, a very pleasant and professional experience.

I was happy that they had a car available however the car wasn’t clean and had a odor. They should make sure the car is ready to go before they give it to the next person. The customer service at check in and check out was great though!

This is for the manager their. This guy was extremely rude and unprofessional instead of talking with me he hung up in my face twice very rude guy had a feminine voice had no respect instead of me getting upset I’m just going to write this review here. This was on the day of 1/5/2024 @ 12:20 pm when I called. I called back 3x asked to speak with him as a paying customer for this establishment I don’t demand respect it should be given unless disrespected. I hadn’t done that what so ever. I will be calling corporate for the Theo guy. Enjoy your new years! Just be professional innocent people do not need your assistance w/ bitterness and the tone you spoke w/ me leave your anger and bitterness away from the work place or change careers. Good day!

Just don’t rent from here at all. Have me a car on 25% (found out once I got on the road) and smell like straight smoke- absolutely no compensation provided to me. I had to ask them to vacuum out the dirty backseat. They informed me that basically it wasn’t likely that I’d have a car if I waited and was not understanding in trying to work out already applied discounts.

If you have a rental car through insurance, check the REAL delivery date, because they call you after ONE week and want to charge you the full price with everything and the insurance they want, they would try to charge me $495 to the card that was remains in the registry!!! Another thing when they deliver the car they want to give you an expensive one in rent and gasoline

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I had to switch cars and there wasn't a problem when I got back to the rental place.
