Customer Service sucks. Employees need to know Customers are the ones why they still have a job. With no customers or just simply being rude for no reason make a person don't want to spend there money at this establishment. Me personally don't care about the discount on low price shoes, when the have other shoe stores that have sales I can go to with good customer service; for example Footlocker , Nike, Champs, Finish-line, Foot-action, Hibbett Sport.

Lazy employees and they close earlier than listed hours. Drove 45 minutes just to walk to the storefront, pull the door, and realize they closed 55 minutes early!!!!

This place is amazing! The customer service is really good. I had such a wonderful experience. KJ and Shamir really know their shoes. KJ and Shamir were super helpful. I for sure will be coming back. Plus, the selection of shoes is beyond incredible!Thank you for a fun way to spend the end of my day

Found what I needed but the customer service was horrible and not very welcoming. I needed a shoe and was not acknowledged. Cashier acted like I was bothering her by needing to ask a question about why the tap wasn’t working during check out.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE. They laugh and talk amongst themselves with a store full of potential customers. When you walk they just look at you like "why are you here" NOBODY speaks to you or ask you if you need assistance. I honestly don't know how this location is still in business. I will never shop here again. Foot Locker, Finish Line ect. DTLR PLEASE PROVIDE BETTER TRAINING AND STOP HIRING JUST ANYONE. I can guarantee the bad customer service is losing you guys a lot of money. This store has so much potential if the right people where in place. Coming from a previous store manager of a shoe store, at the rate it's going this store won't be in business long and I'm sure the turnover rate is out of control.
