I've been to this shop in the past years and each time the service was excellent which is why I went back. I'm sorry I didn't see the reviews about the owner's daughter before I went this last visit, Because it will be my last. Apparently the woman who gave me excellent service no longer works there. The young woman/daughter put so many coats of polish on my toenails that none of it dried but smudged into a thick layer of mess. I scraped it off the next day. She kept trying to make conversation but I did not go there for conversation but to listen to my Audible and relax.
I'm sorry to see this female owned business decline, But I will not be returning.

I do not recommend going here the owner’s daughter was drunk and high and going through personal problems while she was doing my nails and asking me some many personal questions that made me very uncomfortable and kept saying how she didn’t like me and I was there with my grandma and she was being so rude to my grandma then asked me if I wanted to comeback I will never spend my money there ever again

I took my 14 year old granddaughter to get her nails. She told the girl she wanted french tip painted black. She came out with lumpy nails solid black color no french tip at all. My daughter is a very quiet soft spoken girl who didn't tell the girl she didn't like them or me she was unhappy until after we left. She said the girl was high, even told her she was high. Asked her all types of personal questions made her feel very uncomfortable. I will never use this shop again. I paid $45 plus a $5 tip for her to cry all the way home.Service: Gel manicures

My sister went to get a pedicure at this place. The girl CUT THE HECK out of the side of her pinky toe with the metal foot file they use for extra skin. Why is she even using it for in between the toe??? The wound was and is still DEEP AF. She practically removed a part of her skin. Do you know how dangerous that is?!? An infection could very well be possible and my sister was in PAIN for several days bleeding and having to clean up the wound everyday. We are hoping for a healthy recovery. I’ve never seen anything like this happen at a nail salon but I bet she’s not the only one. Apparently the chick that did her pedicure is the OWNER’S daughter so I bet they won’t do a single thing about it. Just warning everyone else out there before you even try this place. Please find somewhere else to go. If this place wants to discuss, please feel free to contact me.

My experience on 9/15/22 was unsatisfactory. The customer service was below pleasant and unfriendly. The girl who did my pedicure was cold and not professional. She didn't greet me and the pedicure was a grade of "D" I will not recommend this salon to anyone I know. I had a few dollars left over after paying bills and wanted to treat myself. I work hard for my paycheck, and I will never again spend my money at this salon. I'm a very dissatisfied customer. Never again will I allow this establishment to treat me this way again!!

I’ve come to this location twice. This was my 2nd occasion and as hesitant as I was. I still took my a$$ inside. I wanted simply just toenails polished, no spa treatment. Firstly, this place is cold in spirit and you can just tell from the vibe the staff is not friendly(welcoming). I have found that these people do not truly want to service you if you are not getting the “”works”. They will service you of course, but beware it’s rushed and just not worth it. If you politely call them out on it, you are met with rudeness. Although they are clearly seeing what you see. By the time I reached my vehicle the polish appeared to be wrinkled on two of my toes. I already had to ask for a spot that had no polish be corrected. The tech rudely corrected the botched work. The total was $12. You’ll come out better attempting a pedicure paint job yourself to save the hassle. Hence why this place is never busy. I remember when just a simple polish was $7. For 12, you may as well buy a sally hansen set and DIY. Which is what I should’ve done being that I had to redo two of my toes anyway. Will not return.

I smeared my toes wearing my sneakers the other day so I was needing a color change. Was headed to another store and found this one in the cut. Parked. No one was inside - yay! Was greeted and met with covid precautions! Another yay! Took the extra step to help me pick out a similar Grey that I had on my toes. Even when I gave her a hard time and made her do it 3 xs cause the color wasn't right lol. She did not complain.

Worse place literally they make you wait and ignore you I went there they got me sitting down for 25 minutes and noone came to my seat and they started assistant people that literally just step up in to the salon never never go there.
