Whoever is working your pharmacy is horrible, poor customer service really sad you went to school this long just to work at cvs pharmacy with a bad attitude. Do better or find a better job. Literally just sad who the pharmacist is.

Horrible pharmacy! Wait times are next day automatically, received multiple prescriptions but filled select ones without informing me of the others not being available. I was then told to call store to store to see what’s available. Rather than shutting down the CVS in Food Depot parking lot, this one should have been considered. I’ve never had a positive experience after multiple tries and unfortunately going to have to get refills elsewhere.

I often go to this CVS on N. Deshon for various personal items and prescriptions. My experience here is usually good, but the last time I was there I had a not so good experience. I went to the counter to check out and there was no one in sight so I waited briefly and a manager came out from the back. She started to direct me over to the automatic check out machine and I told her that I didn't want to use that today because I needed help with my CVS/Coupons card. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn't help me with my card. I mentioned that another cashier had assisted me before but she again stated that she couldn't help and turned away and walked off to show another customer where an item was. I stood there surprised. I left the things I had planned to buy on the counter and walked out. I have not returned since then other than to get my prescriptions. Customer service has really gone down hill lately. ?

I don't blame the employees but I do blame the company. They can do a better job with the pharmacy as they are seriously understaffed.

Really upset at this pharmacy, or perhaps CVS in general. My Dr sent an urgent prescription that needed to be taken same day early morning, for a serious medical concern that couldn’t wait. I went to pharmacy towards 4pm because I couldn’t get anyone on phone, only to be told it was out of stock.I had a medication that took over 45 days to fill last month, and they only sent it in to be ordered after I called 30 days in. No notice at all about stock issues or timing. And the icing on the cake, I have a severe ear infection and my prescription was sent yesterday morning, and only today did the app update with “check back in 2 days ??♀️ “. No call, no timing. Does CVS realize what happens when a patient with an infection delays their treatment for an “undetermined”amount of time?Sure, I can go to another cvs, that was the suggestion last week. I was told to drive 25 min across town to a cvs with the item in stock, only to be told it was expired and their inventory was inaccurate, so they can’t sell it.CVS has a responsibility to its patients to inform them immediately of stock issues in 2023 I’m shocked this isn’t automated already!! Not to mention how big of a lawsuit they’re likely to face not having any control over their inventory.I had a medication that took over 45 days to fill last month, and they only sent it in to be ordered after I called 30 days in.

I had a disappointing experience at CVS today. The initial pharmacy technician at the front counter displayed poor communication skills. The register was down and one was occupied, but she failed to inform us customers about the issue. It was only after another customer behind me inquired that we found out what the problem was.I had a scheduled 4:30 appointment for a flu shot, only to end up waiting for 30 minutes. I spent 10 minutes in line and then an additional 20 minutes waiting for the pharmacist named Oleyed. When she finally administered the flu shot, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Furthermore, she didn't follow the standard procedure of advising me to wait for 5-10 minutes before leaving the store, as has been the norm for all my previous flu shots. (Maybe that isn’t a policy!?)When I asked her about this procedure for verification, her response was dismissive, simply stating, "You can leave." While I understand that technical issues can arise, it's crucial for CVS staff to communicate effectively with customers rather than leaving us in the dark and waiting without any information. This lack of communication and customer care left me with a disappointing impression of CVS, and I hope they can improve their service in the future.

The pharmacy employees are so rude and unprofessional. I was in the drive thru line at 6:43pm and after the terribly slow service, I finally made it to the window for the unfriendly cashier to say "we're closed try another pharmacy." CVS needs to do better, people like me are depending on medication to manage illness.

I had a wonderful experience at my favorite CVS (Store #2116). I always receive friendly and great customer service from the staff at this store. I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer today. She provided me with great customer service and knowledge about the wonderful sales at CVS.
