I had a great experience today at this location with employee Katrina. She easily answered all my questions and showed me in my phone settings how I will need to do things when I upgrade my phone. Recently I went here during business hours, and they were closed. I thought they maybe had an emergency, but they weren't there the following day. WASTED a ton of my time. I have actually went in the store about 5 time. Two times I had POOR service, 1 neutral and 2 decent/okay. Very unhappy with this branch currently.
