Terrible customer service. Employees do not know how to provide excellent customer service. It's already bad enough that the food is overpriced and not fresh (luckily I only bought frozen food) but their workers are unprofessional and have too much attitude. I've witnessed it with other customers and myself. Will take my money somewhere else where I feel appreciated as a customer!

I've been going to this Ingles for over three years now and the quality has improved. The manager is friendly and the cashiers are helpful. The neighborhood puts some stress on the store, but they respond well. The selection is not as good as stores closer in to Decatur or Atlanta, but for the close neighborhood convenience this Ingles can't be beat.

Ingles, Pine Lake, Ga at Rockbridge road and South Harrison roads...apparently this store has high shop lifting problem. I am a 72 yr old vet. Each time I go into that store I am followed by the security Guard. It's not a good feeling when it's obvious the security Guard feels that you fit the profile of a shop lifter. I am offended! I am not a thief! I will not shop there in the future!

Prices are way higher than other stores in the area and it was disappointing to see 4 people serving as cashiers but only one was checking people out. Food in deli didn't appear to be the freshest. Hopefully when the new school is built, the community will demand more from their local grocer.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Me and my partner did a straight U-TURN! When he asked to leave his bag at the drug store counter the black girl at the counter gave a really nasty look and gave no response, I mean if looks could kill we'd be dead. It made us feel terribly uncomfortable. Never going back in this s*** store.

To be perfectly honest, it's just really another expensive grocery retailer. The have a decent breakfast for us people on the go. Besides, the "burn" the hot links just right for me!!!! Lol!!!

I have always had outstanding service here. During Atlanta Snowpocalypse when we were snowed in, executives from the regional office came to keep the store open so people in the neighborhood could walk in and get food. This morning I at checking out I was told my total was $35.06. I gave the young man $55.06. He immediately handed the extra twenty back and said 'you know you gave me too much'. I know that it is not a big deal for someone to be honest, but in today's world I get pretty excited when I see something like that.

I shop at this Ingle's quite often and have always received good service. The food is fresh. They have a good selection of foods for the size store. I like shopping at this store instead of the bigger stores especially when I'm in a hurry.

This Ingles is a great neighborhood supermarket. Customer service is wonderful. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. They are offering many new products including gluten free products. I've been shopping here more and more frequently. Also the store is a reasonable size and items are easy to find but if you can't find something one of the staff will take you directly to the item. I've even had the manager show me where something is. Great neighborhood, non-corporate feel.

An ever improving store, this Ingles has come up a long way during the four years that I've shopped there. The staff is friendly and is happy to order items that customers request. The parking lot was dirty when I first went to the store; it now is kept clean. The produce section is well arranged, and everything is fresh. The aisles are clear and well stocked. I like seeing cashiers, managers, and department personnel who smile and are helpful.

Far and above one of the worst grocery stores I've been too. I went in the other day around 5pm on Friday ...was thinking about some fried chicken from the deli (The Ingles In South Carolina has the best) looked at what they had ...about 5 drum legs....well I wanted the 8 piece assortment so I asked the heavy set lady that was standing around way in the back having a conversation with someone ...Do yall have any more chicken coming up....she replied "No!"....and that was it....then she went back to her personal conversation and ignored me completey. So let me get this straight....a meager crumbling of chicken made for your peek operating and shopping hours after work on a Friday at 5pm? I don't think old Bob Ingle would be proud of this place. Also, if you do have the misfortune of going in this place....CHECK EXPIRATION DATES thoroughly....I found milk, key lime juice and some pimento cheese that was several days out of date. Like a lot of other places in this area it seems to be suffering from neglect and cultural cancer.....sad

Whenever I go into an Ingles it always feels like I've stepped back in time to shop for groceries. This one looks especially old and crusty, & when's the last time you've gone to a grocery store in the middle of the day that has a security guard? Take the time and drive to Decatur to the local Kroger...

I hate to say it, but ingles is kinda the "oh yea" grocery store. In the world of Publix and krogers, or Trader Joes and Wholefoods, Ingles gets lost in the shuffle. First thing about this ingles you should know about is they have some serious speed bumps that stretch the length of the parking lot (to deter people from cutting through lots I imagine). They will scrape the bottom of your car so the trick is to hit them at an angle, if you're going to at all. I was pretty tired and sweaty after a hike up Stone Mountain, did not want to go to Kroger so I stopped in and grabbed dinner, bottle of bbq sauce, soda, pack of chicken. My $9 charge dropped to $6 after filling out and using my ingles plus card, so it's a solid deal. Not going to lie and say this is my new go to store, but i'll stop in from time to time.
