This is my favorite store and my favorite staff. They are an absolute pleasure every time I shop there. Customer Service is amazing and the manager loves her customers and staff. You should be proud as this is not a common case to have such great service these days.

Will never shop there again due to the fact that if it’s something I don’t want or can’t use I have to take a store credit when I have a receipt. Why can’t I get my purchase money back the way I paid for it. No guarantee I’ll ever walk back into one of your establishmentsand I will stop anyone I know from going into one of your establishments I work retail and I don’t think it’s fair to take a persons money and give them store credit when they have a receipt

This place is bogus! Ordered online to pick up in this store. An hour later I received an email that my order had been picked up but I had not even left my house(no email telling me it was even ready for pick-up). I tried to call and phone number is out of service. Someone at this location stole the shoes I ordered and paid for! Reported this to Hibbett and PayPal and waiting for a resolution.Update** 3 weeks later and still no refund or resolution. I will continue calling Hibbett daily until resolved.

Went into city gear today and caught the sale person taking pictures of my receipt. Which is weird. I ask her why was she taking pictures of my receipt she said all the stores was doing a competition. So I call other stores and they didn’t know anything about that competition. And the bad part about it I bout two pair of shoes using two different cards and the cashier ( Ebonee)only took pictures of the retro 3 midnight receipt. People please be careful when going in that store.

I just was told they were closed at 8:39 pm when their doors as well as online says they close at 9pm. I wasn’t trying to keep them past closing. I even understand closing 10 minutes early but 30???? Do better.

I never received my purchase that was ordered... FedEx delivered but city gear did not receive... I did not receive anything for the inconvenience but an apology. I'm a valued customer and didn't deserve how I was treated. The shoe has now sold out and can not be repurchased.
