folks acting funny up there, they will try to come up with excuses on why they can't take items, I called the first time they said ok we can take your item, got up there folks acting clueless, had to wait for the clerk to ask around, they examined my items and made some excuse about the serial number, but clearly they belonged to that item because it can't be used unless it has all the manufactured parts that it came with.... except the charger...you can use any charger as long as it is a C type, I did my research and there is no problem with the serial numbers being different, and no these aren't fake as the clerk stated....don't go here unless you want to waste time and money.

As much as I'd like to say, this place has a few redeeming qualities, well it's very few.As I was trying to sell my Samsung Evo phone, I was denied as it was "Too Old"Then, I tried to sell my LG Tablet, which was denied because "It's not a popular name brand"At this point, I was already unwelcomed as the employees treated their job like it was high school. (Took them 20 minutes, to finally stop talking, and address 3 customers, the 4th had left the shop laughing while they exited.) Yet it only took them 2 minutes to deny everything I was trying to sell. In fact, 1 of the employees asked if I wanted to sell my personal phone I use constantly because she "wanted it" and it "looked nice"After that mess of an interaction, I decided to purchase an Xbox controller, I figured it would work fine, but I wasn't expecting to have a chat with the person who previously owned the controller in the parking lot.He asked how much I bought the controller from them, and I told him $30. Frustrated, he told me they only bought his controller for $15, but laughed it off.Funnily enough, I knew the man's son, so we talked about that for a bit longer before I drove home.As I tried the controller, it wouldn't comply. So, seeing as I work as a Technician, I decided to find out what was wrong.After checking the controller I found that the Analog sticks, were basically pushed inwards, along with the Transmitter that gave it Bluetooth was removed.The charging port, was also misaligned, as if it was ripped off from the charger constantly.Angrily I returned to the shop, to request a refund, and was promptly denied! These people don't even QUALITY check a single device which is sold to the store! They buy it half the market price, and sell it as is, with unimaginable prices.I even saw a chainsaw that was clearly broken, for nearly hundreds...Don't shop here, go on eBay, and save yourself the drama.

They low key tried to give me $90.00 for a tablet that was worth more than $300.00. Naw, I humbled my self , and turned down thier offer and left. Cash America needs to be shut down because they never give folks the right amount of money their items are worth.

I called left me on hold for 8 minutes because I ask if they paid mkt value on gold! How rude it also tells me they don't pay mkt on anything.Start because they pick phone.
