I did water pump work for useless head gasket blowen car and hired him again for different car for timing belt job,has major oil leak after job is done ,called him back he kept being defensive and he disappeared block my number called with different number immediately answered thinking it’s some other customer/fresh customer blocked that number again ,even offered him to pay to resolve this matter we will be keep calling and my friends and family will leave multiple reviews till we get resolution if issue is not resolved soon as possible,u need to be transparent and communicative when customer trust you and hire you more than once,reach back soon as possible,thank you in advance.

I needed a starter on my 2012 Honda Civic. Called him, he pulled up in 25 minutes. Drove me 5min away to the auto part store. Took about 45min to put the brand-new starter on. Thankfully, I knew what the problem was. I am very pleased with Alton's service and professionalism. I can breathe now!!!??

came over and didn't know what he was doing. experimented making car undrivable and didn't apologize. had to tow to a real Mechanic to get fix. what should have been routine caused 800.00

Do not let this man touch your catalytic converter. He will buy you an aftermarket one and charge you $1000 and your car STILL won’t pass smog. I thought he was a nice man until I told him my car wouldn’t pass smog due to the faulty catalytic converter. Then the niceness went out of the window when you ask for a refund. Take your car to the dealership no matter what. These people are scammers. I’m going to the BBB to complain next if this business is even listed there.
