The worst customer service I came to buy items and I get followed by an old woman then she grabs a man to assist her like who does that ?? I never been so upset about the situation like this utterly ridiculous and disrespectful. Please if you can avoid.

I go because it's convenient, but they do follow you around and watch you. I went to register to ring up, and I realized I had forgotten something, and the woman standing next to the cashier came from behind the counter, & followed me to item. Once I paid & the loud register went off, she walked back behind the counter and stood back where she was standing. It's discrimantory and so trashy. What a terrible existence she must have to work in a place full of people you hate.

Went in yesterday and brought my mother with me. I was prepared to stock up on a wonderful brand of eyebrow pencils. We were followed around as if we were common criminals. The Associates were peeping from around corners, and when we would look up they would back up and pretend they were doing something else.I come into this store and purchase items all of the time, but I will never be back. If you think people are going to steal, why not approach them and ask if they need assistance? Why did I have to approach an Associate and ask for help? Fortunately, you did not have the eyebrow pencil, I thought I purchased previously. I was rudely told you didn't carry that brand name. As I further perused the store, I saw the brand name, but then you switched up and said you do carry that brand name, but not for the item I was searching for. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.The light skinned lady, with the curly hair was ridiculous. The main culprit. She knows my face. I have purchased items from her on many occasions. She should join law enforcement and become a detective, the way she was following my mother and I around. I told my mother to put down the items that she was going to purchase, and "Let's go!"

I asked someone for help. I believe it was the owner. He wasn't very helpful at all. He then proceed to follow me throughout the store as though I was going to take something. He was very rude and not professional. I never returned and that has been over 3 years ago. I don't give my business to anyone that does not appreciate me as a customer. Customers is what keeps the business going.
