I ordered a Zeta shirt in a 5X and that thing fits like a 1X. If I saw a sizing chart when I ordered I wouldn't have ordered because that 5X fits way too small. I'll be sending back for a refund because there's nothing I can do it and now I don't trust their "plus" sizing.

I purchased the varsity sweater which had been worn a couple of times before I noticed the patches on the elbows started to tear. I’m frustrated as this was a costly item and the defect makes it unwearable. I attempted to have the tear repaired at an alteration shop but the defect is still visible. Very disappointed that substandard material was used on elbow patches.

I was a little skeptical at first about ordering BUT I am glad that I did! I just LOVE my pink AKA satin jacket! It looks so pretty in person and the quality exceeded my expectations. For a loose fit, I recommend going up one size. Shipping was fast and my item was packaged neatly. I will be definitely ordering again!

I ordered some items and they were out of one of the colors that I selected. Anthony was gracious enough to ask me if I would like to replace the color. I was able to replace the color. I received the items and everything was perfect with outstanding quality. This store is the Nordstrom’s of Greek stores:! Everything was excellent! I will refer friends and only shop here!Thank you ?

I originally got excited. Thought maybe I had found a place that I could purchase all of my needs for a newly formed chapter. I received my 1st shipment on time with no hassle. But I ordered a second shipment more than 10 days (Feb 28) in advance and paid extra for expedited shipping for a crossing (March 10). NOTHING. I wouldn’t be so upset if I hadn’t paid for expedited shipping. In addition I am receiving no response to my emails, I’ve called every phone number and there is no answer. I pray that my items come, and I feel sorry for the young ladies who won’t receive their items on their special day. I think a simple response would have put me at ease. I guess I go back to searching for a company that will accommodate my business as I will be purchasing a great deal. I would have even been happy to have my money back to purchase elsewhere. I am more sad than angry. I absolutely hate bad business. It feels so unfair to have my hard earned coin played with.
