This place was nice & clean & they had wine?. A lil too expensive for me.. but very professional & quick. My nails are beautiful& whenever I’m in ATL I may stop back through.

I was recommended this nail shop by my grandmother Tammy, she told me to go to Don or Tony. Tony did my nails and will continue to do them, he’s the best!! This place is so affordable it’s like a hidden gem. I just want to update with my beautiful nails. I’ll continue to post pictures because I am a review specialist i love looking at reviews and photos and hate seeing old or bad pictures lol. Anywho, the place is nice they are always busy though but you can call and have your name put down. You may still be waiting when you arrive so just arrive early ! The best !!

My first visit was a referral from a friend! Although, this location was a bit far… I headed there anyway!! I am truly AMAZED…. And very satisfied… and visit was only one hour long. I was serviced by Nikki booth #5. Although I will admit, I am very picky. Nikki knew exactly what I wanted by just one or two spoken words.???????? he was amazing. Her service was rapid, quick, safe and very professional. Price of my service was exceptionally affordable and I will return. Thank you NIKKI FOR SAVING MY DAY @ the last moment by PREPARING MY NAILS FOR MY WEEKEND EVENTS. You are GOLDEN‼️???

Horrible … The Jenny had an attitude the whole time she did my nails to the point where I pulled up a translator while she was speaking. Since I couldn’t get what I wanted I went an easy way and told her clear and my nails where not completed… The back is undone, nails uneven, the sides our incomplete and the clear polish I asked for wasn’t smoothed out so it looks like I have holes on each finger. I want a refund. This is crazy. I am being told after I let the lady know it was something wrong with my nails that it’s nothing that can be done. No refunds but who wants there nails to look undone and uneven. The manager had her cut my nails off and she cut me on purpose and it’s all on video.

I go to the guy Don for my toes. He does a phenomenal job. If he's unavailable, Tina does great as well. For my nails, I go to the owner, Tony or Nikki. I've been going here for 6 years

So, I've gone throughout all of the reviews just out of curiosity... Best Nail, Tony and KNEE (for those who can't get the owner's wife's name right) are phenomenal. I've never experienced a bad time at Best Nails. I've read complaints of "long wait times", well of course. It's a nail salon. You're not the only one who requires their nails done. Secondly, I've noticed others complaining of them speaking their NATIVE LANGUAGE; they're Vietnamese. Of course they speak their BORN LANGUAGE. Come on people. I, only, allow this shop to do my manicure and pedicure. They do amazing. They've employed their children! It's so cool, great atmosphere, and they try their hardest to ensure you receive the best customer service. Anyone saying otherwise just isn't happy in general. 11 years coming here. If they don't know your name when you walk in, stop the cap. They're BEST nails! -Sunshine.

TONY IS THE OWNER AND VERY RUDE, NASTY ATTITUDE, BAD ENERGY AND LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE NAIL SALON IS VERY UNCLEAN AND PACKED LIKE A CAN OF SARDINES. TONY IS VERY SLOW DOING NAILS AND STOPS TO ANSWER PHONES AND TALK TO CUSTOMERS/ EMPLOYEES WHILE DOING YOUR NAILS. TONY NAILS ARE TOO THICK AND BREAKS A WEEK LATER. TONY IS GREEDY AND LOVES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. TONY TALKS TO HIS EMPLOYEES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS IN HIS LANGUAGE WHICH IS VERY DIS TASTEFUL AND SICK MINDED. THIS PLACE IS A MONEY GRAB AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. I am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau!
