Even though the line was long when I got in today, the two ladies did a great job helping each customer as quickly as possible. All the staff were friendly and respectful of my time. Jenny was one of the associates who helped me, and she was quick and helpful.

It’s unacceptable to have 1 teller when you have this kind of long line, BOA services are getting worse every day I will have to go chase or somewhere else for my banking needs.

I came on two separate occasions and was help both times by a person named Stephanie. She handled what I needed quickly and efficiently. She even answered questions I did not know I had. Great experience!

Waited over 30 minutes for the teller to tell me she could not verify it was my account. I had my I.d gave her my cell phone and social security number just for her to have me wait in another line to wait on the branch manager to help me. I waited 10 more minutes and left. I opened a new account with back of America on Monday and I am still waiting on my debit card to come in the mail. I have been to several other locations this week and never had any issues withdrawing any money out of my account other than being racially profiled at a location in Buford near the Mall of Georgia because they thought I was fraud and asked me who gave me the check. Today was the very last straw I might as well just stick with Publix federal employee credit union.

Always two tellers, but only one working with the public. The other one always doing some internal stuff.

Two tellers at the window, but only qone working. The other was "down" but we did not see anyone trying to resolve her terminal issue, just sitting there laughing and joking with the only working teller, slowing her down even more. 6 people in line Dorothy over 30min but manager will not come out or do anything to move this along. Worse service. Do not recommend this branch.

It is important that customer service actually provide a service.Why have a standing building with no real help, for them to tell you to call customer service. Bank of America is becoming the garbage bank.Well done again.

Came in and setup an appointment to get some financial done. The day of the appointment, Stephanie was welcoming took great care of us. Got everything done within minutes. Highly recommend this location! Expedited Quality Service

I was racially profiled at this location on todays’ date March 23,2022 around 9:30 am. I went to make a withdraw from my business account and provide my business debt card and I.D as usual. The white women clerk goes to the back and gets what appears to be a supervisor; stating I must provide a signature. They also stated my signature has to match the same signature I opened the account with; which I have been a business member since the year 2020. This is disgusting behavior and the women should be removed from her title.

Stood in line for 30 minutes. I get to the window and I'm told I need my check verified... The guy chiddy was suppose to been doing verification but he walked past me and assisted everyone else.... I wasted time standing in line only to have to stand to the side and wait. What is the point of his job??

November 2021- this branch, a full two years after the epidemic started and a full year after the first vaccines rolled out, reacted as if a leper came into their institution bc I didn't have a mask on. They asked me to put one on, knowing every person in there is vaccinated, and I told them no! Since no one there wanted to listen, I'll share with you all- Bank of America needs to change its name to something else. They don't represent us anymore. Look at what they did on january 6th. They turned over client records bc they had the wrong political favorite. And just months into covid, they canceled two of my credit cards with zero balances w/o a care of whether i would be hurting without them and I've been with them for 15 years. No thank you. Be wiser with your money y'all.
