Please do not buy a car from this location. I have been waiting 3-4 weeks just for the car to get cleaned and tires to be changed. I have been to this location almost everyday but nothing has changed. It took 2-3 weeks just for the car to be cleaned. I have the money to purchase the car but it has not been ready. It’s always an excuse or he’ll call me. I have been patient but I’m losing interest in the car as it is Might have to look else where for a car even tho i really wanted this car.

Had a truck rental scheduled for today but they didn't have my truck, and the person in charge of processing truck rentals didn't show up today. They couldn't do anything for me. I'm not upset with the workers who told me I was out of luck, but I'm moving out of state and this hiccup is costing me more time, gas, and mostly just stress. Hope you have better luck than me.

Charged me $35 for less than 1/4 tank of gas and another $35 for a truck that was dirty when I received it.

Called about a Budget truck. Could barely understand the lady, rude on the phone and acted like I was inconveniencing her to talk on the phone. Took business elsewhere.

I brought my Hyundai Elantra 2005 from here and I’m almost done paying it off so far my experience with this company has been great , there very understanding and , so far I haven’t had a single problem out of my car I would definitely purchase from them again.

They never answer the phone. I finally got in touch with them ( after 36 tries) and the lady laughing on the phone and hung up.

These people are the devil on memorial drive. I mean the hell on earth!!! Dont do any form of business in this place!!! Tgis place should be shut down expeditiously. The value of the cars are very poor and tge customer service is horrible!!!

Worst experience ever these people are evil the talk over you they are rude and profile you from the time you walk in the door I wouldn't suggest anyone go there or do any form of business with this place or the people that work there I feel disrespected and disgusted by there actions they should be shut down
