“These guys were trying out a new computer system when I came in. It was controlled chaos, but despite that everyone was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. My service rep Raza was very patient and my service tech Riaz Ali kept me very well informed about the services I ordered and needed and when they’d be done. Great experience, even on a tough day for them.”

“I am really big on Customer Service and being polite Susana was amazing. I called because I needed new rims and tires and lets just say I was not amused because at this point I had called and went to every tire place in the area. Everyone else was saying your tires will take 2 -3 days etc. She explained I could come and have everything done same day. Manuela(hope I spelled that correctly) went to get my tires and rims. I was out pretty quickly. Even though there was a person before me. I sat in the office and we chatted like old friends. I am grateful I found them because from now on they will be my people. My new rims are beautiful and my tires are great. Happy to have found them would recommend anytime. Keep in mind if you want nice rims you will pay for them. the selection of rims is chefs kiss.Please never get rid of Susana she is so lovely and I am so grateful to have experienced someone who actually likes their work and people. Thanks a million”

He was very kind and thorough with testing the battery and the error codes, and seamlessly helped us find exactly the new battery we needed. Installing the new battery took no time at all, and thanks to his kindness and professionalism what was a very stressful day turned into an easy fix.”
