No one likes a used car salesman! For years, they have had a reputation and been portrayed by tv to be untrustworthy, slimy, cheats. Everyone, when going to look for a used vehicle, assumes that there will be some hidden problem. Something that the salesman is trying to keep you from knowing. I decided to bite the bullet and take that dreaded journey. Like many of us, I would see a couple online that would meet my needs before going to a dealer. Not to my surprise, I would be catfished. It wouldn't take long to determine that I was ready to leave. After many disappointments, ATL was next on the list. I live about an hour north, so a drive into Atlanta set my mood off to a great start. My first impression wasn't great. It wasn't easy to see, and when I pulled in, I wasn't sure that I was at the right place. There were not many options to look at, but low and behold, there it was, front and center, the reason for my visit. With extreme prejudice, I began my evaluation. I spoke to my salesman and took it for a drive.
I bought the car. No small part due to my fantastic salesman, Benjamin. Benjamin didn't try to "sell" the car. Instead, he tried to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed to make the right choice for me. It was such a pleasant experience. Good buying experience for a cash vehicle. Benjamin allow me to take the vehicle offsite to an independent mechanic for a detailed pre-purchase inspection. He resolved the standard maintenance items before I made the purchase. There were no issues with the title.

Purchased a vehicle from Benjamin about a month ago and I can’t say how pleased I am with my experience. He was very thorough and communicative during the entire process, and even gave me the option of taking my vehicle to an outside mechanic to ensure nothing was wrong before purchasing. If you’re looking to purchase a used vehicle, look no further. Benjamin is trustworthy, and has been a man of his word. Thanks so much!

I was naive trusting the salesman Benjamin here, made a terrible purchase and I'm out thousands of dollars. Strongly recommend avoiding.
EDIT: For clarity, the issue was a slow transmission leak, so it would only be apparent when the car was sitting in the same place for a few hours - which it was at ATL AUTO TRADE - and not necessarily at the pre-inspection place. I called in advance to see the car, and both times I came to the dealership it was known in advance I was coming and the car was moved just prior to my arrival.
I certainly blame myself for not getting a better warranty. I won't be shamed ("lashing out") for leaving a bad review after a bad experience with a company. I do not recommend.

If you’re looking for great service plus a salesman who’s honest and not looking to play games with you then you have the right guy. Benjamin will do his best to give you the best deal and is able to logically explain his thought process with every decision he makes.

I had an amazing experience with Benjamin yesterday, I bought my 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and it is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and honest about the whole process, quick too, I will be back and I definitely trust their vehicles. Highly Recommend.

It was a pleasure working with Benjamin and the entire staff of Atl Auto Trade. He was of great assistance throughout the entire process. After selecting the vehicle of my choice, he walked me through the each step of my purchase making sure not to leave out any details of the process. Benjamin did me and my husband right for the 2nd time around!! He is amazing ?? super thorough, honest and helpful. Purchased a car here yesterday and Benjamin was phenomenal. He's the only car salesman I've dealt with that I felt was actually being honest with us. He gave us his personal number and stayed in contact with us over the couple of days it took us to get the loan and make it down to purchase the car. 10/10 recommend this place & of course, ask for Bejamin!

Benjamin was the guy I dealt with and although I didn’t purchase anything, he was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable about the used car business and the process of purchasing them. If they had the vehicle I was looking for, I would have felt very comfortable buying from him. The building looks a little deceiving, don’t let that discourage you from dealing with this guy.

See update below*****Tried to sell me a truck as low mileage. Went there and popped the hood. The motor had obviously been changed out. Poorly. Most of the shrouds were gone. It had been in a flood despite the sales guy showing me a clean car facts report. When he saw I knew what I was talking about he acted suprised himself. As if. Would not ever go here.**************************Update - the owner replied. He was absolutely right. It was another atl on the north side of Atlanta. My most sincere apologies. I will remove when I figure out how. Until then, gave 5 stars.
