Worst customer service ever. I bought a hair yesterday, but bought the wrong type of hair. So, I went back to exchange and get the hair I needed but they told me they couldn’t return it. The hair was never used and still in the pack. I used to be their loyal customer but, I will never go back again. The manager came and she was so rude. The manager doesn’t care about customers.

Rude...do not purchase clothes. Some you can try on some you can't. But if you get home and they don't fit they will not under ANY circumstances take them back even with a receipt. I tried to return two outfits out of three because they didn't fit. The very next day and they wouldn't d not even do a simple exchange!! Never again will I buy clothes there!!!

If you plan on spending more than 30 seconds inside this establishment and like being followed around from the second you walk in to the moment you walk toward the register, then this is the place for you. What’s great is that there is absolutely no hint of subtlety or stealth from your new shopping buddy – they *very obviously* want you to know that you cannot be trusted to not give in to your innate criminal desire to steal unless you know you are being watched.
Thank goodness dude was there, hovering and brushing past me every five seconds, because if it weren’t for him and his definitely not weak attempts to look like he was doing any actual work, I would have just shoved the entire handbasket right into my tiny purse. Or better yet, dumped everything down my pocketless pants and walked right out. Because if I’m going to steal, I’m going to do it at a business owned by people who notoriously don’t like or trust their clientele and operate like the live-action version of a neighborhood watch sign.
If you catch yourself in Angie’s, give a shout-out to Johnny English in the hat and gray jeans. The results of his training went exactly as expected and helped me remember why I just love shopping at beauty supply stores. If it also weren’t for their broad and totally unique selection of items that absolutely cannot be found elsewhere, I don’t know what I would have done.
Not only does shopping at Angie’s teach you honesty, you learn the value of selflessness as well. It would have been selfish of me to keep the items that I also can’t believe I actually followed through with purchasing. Taking those items out of circulation (the legal way, of course) denies you, future customer, the opportunity to shop for the same and get the Angie’s treatment. In the spirit of selflessness, let my returned items be your fortune.
So thank you, management of Angie’s, for curating this necessary experience and keeping me honest.
As for the one star? Don’t worry, one star just means one visit – I’m keeping the other slots open so that I can add a star for every visit subsequent to this review.

A lot of items, which can be a little overwhelming upon entering the store. The lack of proper customer service is dissapointing. No one greets you and they seem very unfriendly in there as well. While I was checking out, a woman (manager??) stared me down menacingly lol. It was very strange, but perhaps that is normal for her to treat customers this way. Prices are OK, nothing stands out. They need to make the prices more visible, it was hard to see at times. Basically, the store is poorly displayed and somewhat unorganized. Nothing to come back to...

Great employee BUT this manager is HORRIBLE! She’s VERY RUDE and don’t have no good customer service. She needs to be replaced . She do not know how to communicate. I wouldn’t recommend her being a manager for that store. Find another manager that will be great for the store and fits with the employees.

I was just there this morning 04/05/2024 I was asking the black ladies (I’m also black) at the front counter do they know about hair suggestions because everyone had there hair done and I thought they could help me. The girls looked at me like I was crazy like I’m the scum of the earth and completely ignored me. I was disappointed in this store thinking us as black women would love to help another out but they made me feel stupid and belittled me. I’m not ever going back to this store the workers are hatful and have very bad attitudes. We as black women need to do better and stop hating on the next.

The customer service was terrible, instead of the cashier saying they can take the next person in line, they just stare at you like you stole their best friend and when my daughter asked for assistance the lil girl rolled her eyes at her! This is ridiculous and embarrassing. The owner really needs to talk to their employees!

Worst place ever my daughter and I came to this store because her client said it was a nice store so first we shopped around and picked up so color and then it was time to purchase so hair we went to the counter and there was no one there on that end so we saw two employees to the right of us so we waved they both looked at us and then turned away so my daughter asked if she could get so help one of them said yes yes someone is coming smh we was waiting and come to find out we was waiting for them to finish talking and then help but that’s not it when we went to check out we paid with 2 100 dollar bills after Andrea the cashier marked the money to see if it was really she called for help which was understandable but will waiting the cashier was showing the other cashiers an discussing the issue in front everybody including customers and only for the young lady from the back office to find out it was a bad marker no apologies no nothing this was our first impression and last one this was an horrible experience and I will be sure to use all our social media platforms as well as friends family and clients to know to stay away so remember to not walk but to run away

Selling FAKE products! I bought some clear isoplus gel from here and it was very watery with an off brown color, nothing like the real version. Also the got2b gel in the black container that I bought was FAKE! It had a black cap but the one at Walmart has a silver cap. The mini Vaseline and other mini containers of various products close to the counter are also FAKE. There have been beauty supply stores in other states busted for selling FAKE products. Be careful buying products here. I suggest buying hair only. Buy your cosmetics and hair products from reputable places like Walmart, Target, Sally Beauty, etc...

I’ve been shopping here for years since the first location next door. You can find almost anything you need here. The only thing is the music is inappropriate at times, it can be very explicit. There’s children and elderly walking around as well. They definitely need to consider changing the music station.
