The night crew for 02/23 has terrible service. They closed 30 min early with the excuse that they had no food. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Service is usually pretty good, but today when I went through the drive through (and mind you I don’t go often) the lady didn’t mute herself when she asked “is this the lady who’s always ordering plain sandwiches”? It made me feel super judged. She also didn’t listen when I gave my drink and sauce selections and, as usual, they put way too much ice in the drinks. I will go to Wendy’s again merely for the frosty’s but never again to this one in particular.

Why is it that all of your sodas never taste like the specific soda that it's supposed to be? ......like I don't get how it's hard. I got a Root beer Zero today with my meal. It tastes like carbonated water with the ESSENCE of root beer. Like when companies make scented water so you can think you are drinking root beer. Basically like a fruit flavored LaCroix, except root beer. Every time my husband and I have gotten food and drinks from here, the drinks are ALWAYS terrible. Then I stop coming here for a bit and forget, then we get drinks here again and it's just THE MOST disappointing experience with this Wendy's ever. Not only that, they always put so much ice in the cup that you BARELY get soda. Almost like this location is trying to save money by not paying for the soda materials and for coke machine technicians to not come out.What are the managers, AM, or employees doing when they clock in?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I arrived for an Uber Eats pickup that was placed at well before they closed and I arrived at 11:50 which is 10 minutes before they closed. There was a young kid with curly afro that straight up ignored me at the window. He didn’t even have the decency to tell me that they were closed or just plain didn’t feel like making the order. So not only did it waste my gas and time for coming but the customers as well. The sign on the delivery window clearly states that they close at midnight and the fact the kid was rude and INTENTIONALLY didn’t make eye contact with me is what’s the issue. I even saw him take a look at the window after I left to see if I was still there which further proves he was intentionally trying to avoid me.I would not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone since they like costing people money and gas!!!!

Place is showing open online till midnight, its 1027pm but when you go to the location you get a message at the drive-through saying that it’s closed.

A masterclass in apathy. Unparalleled success at failure. Don’t bother going there if you value your life. The staff should all resign but I doubt they know what that even means.. The ownership is absent will never be found. One star is bragging for this godforsaken place.

I'm a Uber eats Driver and all I can say is that 99.9 OF fast food restaurants worker's are rude,with no training, they're not welcoming, and the Kellytown Wendy's is the worse. IVE WORKED AT WENDY'S 20 YEARS AGO,WE WERE TRAINED TO BE GREAT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NOW ITS A SHAME FOR THE COMPANY , THEY ARE NOT TRAINING ANYONE,BUT HIRED RUDE PEOPLE JUST TO GET HALF OF THE WORK DONE. WENDY'S NEED CHICK FILLET TO TRAIN THEIR WORKERS...SHAME ON YOU Dave's descendants.Kid-friendliness: They're not friendly, they will teach your kids to be rude and disrespectful.

The store is trash. It’s 10:30pm but they’re closed. This is not the first, second or third time store has closed early. They need to just shut down this location entirely.

I ordered 2 biggie meals. One was a double stack and the other was a chicken sandwich. I also ordered a 6pc nugget and fry. I was missing my 6pc nugget and my double stack, they instead gave me 2 chicken sandwiches. I am beyond pissed. The front is very disoriented and cannot run a restaurant by passing out incomplete orders. I paid $18.99 for NOTHING!
