I will give zero rating if possible.they don't know how to talk with customers. I wait more then 1 hour for vire transaction. After that they say we have only one banker in bank so it's not possible. Very bad service

I have been with wells Fargo for awhile now but today it is shock to find out how rude their employees can be. Sounded like they don’t want to work or really care about their customers problem. So, it is time to close the account.

This bank is below par. Employees are not trained. Terrible bank I would use another bank. Bypass this franchise entirely.
