Wait time and communication is lacking with these folks. I brought a bus in and it sat for two weeks without it being looked at.I got no updates so I took it upon myself to call every couple of days to get a status but kept getting “it should have been looked at” and “we’ll take a look at it tomorrow”.Don’t take my bus in and have us risk our client contract if you can’t get around to even doing a 30 minute diagnostic. If you can’t, just say that so we can try somewhere else. What a waste of time, energy and now money Welch Industries.

Honest people focused on the customer with the goal of doing it right the first time. It's a small shop with low overhead, basically a family owned business that are experts in bus AC. Turn around time varies depending on the seasonable workload. So best to call ahead and schedule an appointment if possible. Can't say enough on how I was treated and quality of work. Amazing people.

I bought a Prevost bus from Mr Welch. I found he and his staff to be immensely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They specialize in coach a/c and maintenance. Great service.

Lamar and his staff are always wonderful to work with. Every time I'm in the area I always have them put their expertise to work! We have been working with Lamar and Welch Industries since the early nineties! Highly recommend if you need your A/C worked on your coach!
