Not impressed at all. I think the cheapest car wash is $17 even tho I paid for the $30 was my car was DIRTIER coming out. I spent so much time wiping off what looked like coffee stains and black smudges
Update: about a week later I’ve gone to two different car washes and the marks are there NEVER AGAIN

New in town, so I stopped here because it’s close to my home. The gentleman who assists with purchasing the wash was on his phone when I pulled up, but nonetheless moderately polite and helped me press the buttons and insert my card. The woman (manager) who stands at the entrance of the wash only sprays the front/back windshields with suds. They don’t touch your car with a brush manually, so I’m not understanding when the tires get washed (I paid for the Micro package which includes the tire cleaning not the shine) and to top it off my car (the body) is still dirty. Most washes use a brush prior to entrance run over the areas that the wash would miss. I’m not picky, I just wasn’t expecting to visibly see dirt spots still. I have a white vehicle so dirt is easy to spot. They do offer rags and cleaner for the vehicles inside and the vacuums have good suction. I didn’t bother going to the manager because she didn’t seem to be in the best mood and I rather avoid confrontation. I probably will try to find someone local that can handwash to meet my expectations. You get what you pay for right?

Jhea was a great help! She made sure I got the best deal to wash my car. She was very friendly and helpful! She also made sure I was able to fully clean the inside of my car providing rags and cleaner.

Once again someone posing as management saying that because my name isn't on the screen that I will be getting my wash that I paid for. AND ONCE AGAIN THAT WAS INCORRECT INFORMATION, SO THE MANAGER THAT IM FAMILIAR WITH I WILL DISCUSS WITH HIM OR HER ON MY NEXT VISIT TO RESOLVE THIS .TO BE LIED TO AND ACT AS MANAGEMENT BUT CANT RESOLVE ISSUES ISNT FAIR TO THE CUSTOMER AND I WILL DEFINITELY FOLLOW UP!!! DONT ALLOW UNTRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF TO RUIN BUSINESS, AND IM NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER THAT FEELS THIS WAY!! ITS NOW 5PM EST 7/9/24

My new truck passenger side mirror was broken by this car wash machine. I immediately showed the damage to one of the attendants and he took numerous photos of the damage and my membership sticker. He said a manager would call me the following day. I did not receive a call for 3 days so I went back to the business. A female stated that she was the manager and it would take 5 business days to receive an email. I waited several more days and no contact.I tried to contact the corporate office on numerous occassions. Finally after being on hold for more than 35 minutes a person answered and told me that I had to go back to the location where the incident happen.I went back to the Stockbridge location and spoke with an attendant. He went inside the office and came back and informed that the manager said my claim had been denied....without an explanation. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I was informed by the BBB that the car wash would not respond to their correspondence. I have 2 different memberships for 2 different vehicles with this business. I will be canceling both memberships and encourgaging family and friends to do the same. The next step will be small claims court.

**Employees were polite and helpful.
The only good thing about this car wash is being “SWIFT”. But that is ironic because I want my car washed clean with enough “time”, not in haste. So if you want quick light wash on the way to somewhere - not guaranteed for good clean result - get the service at your own risk.
Also, my car got chipped after the wash. (This was a bad luck but it happened.)
After the wash, I saw dark streaks/spots all over the place. I cleaned multiple areas but it would reappear (not joking or making things up). I had to clean same spot at least 3 times to get it cleaned. I won’t be visiting this place unless changes are made.

The car wash brushes scratched the hood of my SUV up. I will not be going back to this place. The reason it got 3 stars is because of the staff, other than that it would have gotten 1 star. They showed attentiveness and good customer service.

I have the monthly membership. I would love to see friendly customer service. Acknowledging the customers with a smile would be nice. The attendants who
guide you to the wash area usually look like they are mad because you are there. A simple smile and welcome would be nice. Also the vacuuming area is not strong as it should be. Fix the customer service please and thank you.
