Dakota was amazing! I ended up being late for my check-in time, but he was still patient & super accommodating. My old phone was completely unusable, & Dakota made sure I left with a new phone and without any stress! I definitely recommend this Verizon location and I’m very happy/satisfied with my experience.

Just left my Verizon store with a complaint about waiting for a return kit to mail back my internet box since Nov.2023 and each month I call they say they will send it. Still to this day I have not. So I came to the store and this nice,mannerable guy name Dakota said he could help me by calling from the store and have me speak to cust. svc. Problem solved. Thanks Dakota for your help and expertise.

Amazing customer service from the associate working there, Dakota. Went through the steps to upgrade my iPhone in full detail, from shipping to activation. He was very respectful and diligent when answering any questions I had. Everything went smoothly and I’ll definitely recommend this particular Verizon store.
