Why is my conley mail in stockbridge?? Making my express mail come late .. USPS IS A SCAM IF YOU ORDER EXPRESS 1 day shipping itll take 4 days… if you order Priority it takes a Week. Please stop Sending packages to different counties and making them get here LATE !!!

I really hate that Rex and Stockbridge post office are merged together, you may or may not get your mail on time. Like today my package arrived at a partner facility in McDonough on April 2 at 5:30 left in route to Stockbridge post office at 8:58, here it is the 4th of April and my package is still on the way from McDonough. I’m just trying to figure out did they mean to put McDonough Fl or something? Although this is just one of many complaints… I’ve had 3 different neighbors bring me stacks of mail because it’s being place in the wrong box, my postal carrier puts certified letters in my mailbox, doesn’t pick up the mail I put in the box and raise the flag. Instead she put new mail on top of the mail I’m trying to send. I literally placed my mail on hold and picked it up for a month so I could make sure I got it.

Been waiting for two packages from this post office for two days now. Tracking says it's out for delivery by 8 pm. Kinda dumb to say that when the post office closes at 5. Second my packages have yet to be delivered.... One of which is a medication I need. Y'all need to do better

I was supposed to receive a package and it said it was delivered at 3:14 p.m. i never received it, and supposed to have 3 other packages which i did not receive. What the heck is going on?

I had ordered an item from eBay. I was told it would be delivered on Saturday the 19th of August. I waited and the item never arrived but the mail person named Keisha claimed she tried to deliver the package at 7:04pm and made a note of it which is a lie because I live in a hotel and the lobby is open all night. So I waited until today and Keisha came to the hotel at 3:00pm claiming she didn't have yhr item. I. Had to call her supervisor to get my package delivered and it was in the truck Keisha was using to deliver the mail.I wish to file a complaint with USPS and I hope Keisha gets fired

This is my local post office. It's usually a good experience in terms of friendly workers. However, the place is very lowly lit and lightly cleaned.The time of day will dictate whether you have a long wait or not. I appreciate that they have a self-service machine in the lobby for you to mail your own packages, which is very helpful when there is a long line. Lately, they no longer display which stamps they have in stock in the display cases. When there is a long line, I like to browse the stamps in the case to help pass the time. It also helps me decide which ones I want to purchase...but now you just have to ask the teller what's in stock and go back and forth with them while they check.

Super fast and friendly!I was in a hurry, I'd stop by and just see if there was a line. There was but I parked anyway, there were eight people ahead of me. It took less than 10 minutes.There were three postal workers behind the counter and they were all super fast.They were also all smiling!

went to the self service kiosk and everything was fine my box was slightly bigger than the package chute so i had to go to the actual office. it was 2 minutes after closing but there was still a line. i could understand to be nicely told that they were closed even tho all i had to do was hand them the package cause it was already paid for but instead a weird bald lady rudely pointed with a big gesture to the door for me to leave. i wanted to just ask her where to put it and she kept cutting me off say ‘we are closed, we are closed’ but still snatched the package.

Letter delivery tracking claimed package was left in mailbox. Interesting entry given that the mailbox was knocked down and removed the night before the claimed deliver. There is evidence of this via neighbor and home security tape. Still waiting on supervisor's investigative report. I guess I can kiss that package goodbye.

I dropped off two tires to be returned on Feb 28th. On March 9th the tracking info only showed that they had been checked in at this location, but no other transit info. I could not get any answers over the phone, so I went back to this office. Several employees recognized me from the first time I was there. They looked up the tracking number and then proceeded to give me the number to their warehouse and told me to call and check for myself. When I asked if they could do it, they told me that was all they could do (with a very bad attitude)!! I will never use this location again

This USPS location has some of the most untrustworthy staff. From opening packages to not fulfilling their duties like delivering mail to the correct address, picking up mail from mail boxes or just being honest, the ignorance and unprofessionalism is rampant here!

My daughter and I came in to mail a prewrapped package. They didn't have any labels at the self serve area. We went to the line and the lady gave us a label. She said it was no charge but we needed to step aside to fill it out. We did and went back in line. A different lady took us at her station. She very haughtily informed us that the sticker was priority mail. We preferred standard but the package was wrapped in brown paper with white polka dots. It would have destroyed the wrapping. My daughter had done some artwork on the back of the package in a corner. This employee put a sticker directly over the drawing. Very hateful person. This is why our Postal Service is failing. What a poor excuse of an employee. Someone that nasty should never be allowed to deal with customers directly. Shame on USPS.
