Love the staff here but fail to understand how 4 days ago a 48 lbs package would have been $75 to ship and today it is $195. The package got smaller and lighter.
Something super fishy going on with pricing.
Again, not on the staff, they are great. But something sketchy going on for sure.

I want to express my frustration with an employee at this store. As my sales rep had just scanned my first item to be returned. I was looking for the QR code for that second item. The service rep beside her was looking directly at me shaking his head smirking. I said to her, please give me a minute I’ll get this right and he shook his head again and laughed at that point I was done. I told him it was very inappropriate you should not be laughing or smirking at customers, I asked for his name he did not provide me with it but his name tag said Will I also asked for the owners name and contact number to which contact info was not provided to me. Maybe some customer service training is warranted for Will. I did not complete my Amazon return and chose to visit the store on Jonesboro Road.

Absolutely exceptional customer service! They got me in and out so fast! Both representatives greeted me as I walked through the door. I had to go to this UPS location unfortunately because the UPS store in ellenwood has the worst customer service I ever seen. I needed to make a return through Happyreturns and the QR code was not loading however they were able to take my express code and I was in and out in like 10min. I wish I got the gentleman’s name but both of them were exceptional!

I can never get through to them. Every time that I call someone answers and hang up the phone. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone after days of calling.

Completely unprofessional staff! I sent in a print order and then called to confirm the time that it would be ready. I arrived 2 hours after the promised time and a man casually mentioned that he would need another hour. They didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know they were running behind. The Manager is equally as careless and acted like he couldn’t care less.

Incredibly helpful staff, even when I was an emotional wreck. I returned a package with them and found out it was the wrong package, totally my fault. They didn't judge and just helped me quickly and kindly both in person and on the phone. Wish I had gotten their names, hope they are paid well.

I writing in hopes that the owner really evaluates their business and hopefully a manager will show up. I submitted and paid for print files through the UPS website. I came yesterday to pick them up. I was told by an employee that he did not know how to print my files. He proceeded say that the print team would be back in Monday to printy files. I came back on Monday waited in line 30 minutes to be told the print team (whoever that is wasnt there) . Frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager wasnt there so I asked him to call to see if he could walk the employee through printing my order. The manager responded , I just need to come back tommorrow. I asked for a refund and the employee said he didnt know how to issue a refund.
So now I have to go back to the store a 3rd time in hopes the manager shows up to give me a refund. This store is definately being mismanaged. Employees arent trained with lines out the door. I want my money back and after that I will use another store.

First time to this Store & this County. As you enter the store you are greeted politely by the workers with a smile.I needed Notary Services: which they had available on a SATURDAY. I was able to send my Documents Off as well using UPS Delivery Services.My experience was a good one, staff (two ladies) were pleasant respectful & took pride in their service delivery.Continue to be professionals, the service was well received with appreciation and satisfaction

I visit this store often and there are a few new faces. On my latest visit (Oct. 11) I encountered one of the new clerks who did not greet me, she did not speak to me at all during the quick transaction, nor did she thank me at the end of the transaction (as I heard most, if not all, of her co-workers professionally and appropriately doing so as they serviced other customers).
