I have had a box there for years and for the past 6 months a new employee picks up the phone and says "I can't ship the contents of your box because there are way too many customers". The problem is I conducted and experiment for the last 3 months where I call at different times on different days and this same employee still says the same thing everytime. There have even been multiple incidents where this same employee has hung up the phone multiple times. Having a box there is expensive and I expect a modicum of customer service for the amount paid to keep the box there. If I can't get my mail unless I'm physically in front of this employee then what's the point of having a mailbox service there.

Feb 6 around 1:40 pm. The customer service is straight trash, you first come in to no greeting but the two men behind the counter having a heated discussion about some celebrity and shoes. Then after a good minute one of them said very annoyed “hey how can I help you”. Excuse me for interrupting your conversation about personal stuff during working hours, how rude of me.

This store is horrible. After renting a mailbox for my business and paying the yearly fee, they allowed another customer to continue using the same box. The customer has received all of my mail and none has made it to me. She even opened my boxes of personal hygiene products while knowing they weren't for her. Those packages were resealed by store personnel and held for me. (The shipper of those products is a college friend and her packaging techniques are very consistent) They insured me that they would re-key the box and I waited 2 weeks to receive keys. The other customer still had access to the box. OK, stuff happens. I agreed to allow the other person to keep that box and I'd be switched to another box.... but I'd have to wait for keys again. I get to the store today and none of my mail has been forwarded to my new box but the other customer's has! I've used the UPS store for 11 years in Texas for my trucking company. After a few months in Georgia, I'll take my chances with one of the mom & pop operations. They don't email to notify you of parcels received. There's no after hours access to your box. Also, when you ask for a refund, they give you an email address that is monitored by the owner and even get a lil attitude about it! PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL YOU SHOULD EXPECT HERE!

The two young ladies that are working right now at the very moment 12/17/2022 at 9:00am are lazy. They do not do their jobs properly and I do not recommend anyone who wants to go to this store. I had a Amazon package that I needed to return without the box and they said I needed to have a box for my Amazon return purchase. I never had this issue because I always return my purchase with a box. I will never be going back to this store. These woman are selfish, lazy, and do not do there job properly.
