I rented a U-Haul on April 14th, and they charged me an extra $28 because they said I drove 73 miles. I called and told them that I didn’t drive that far it was a mistake on their end. They don’t check the mileage from previous renters. I will not be returning back to this Uhaul facility.

DiJae provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The truck was clean and in great working condition. I will definitely use this location again in the future.

I tried to call for this concern but left on hold for 20 minutes…The truck I had was in decent shape but brakes could have been checked. Next , U-Haul many people in different situations are moving. You all explained we could drop off late night and said it would be easy check out on app. However, the app does not reflect how to drop off the keys properly. On the website, it shows an orange box that clearly says to leave the keys there. However, on site it is a however, the app does not reflect how to drop off the items. I am a single woman outside in the rain, trying to return this truck with no clear signage of where to drop off the keys. Not one sign that says LEAVE KEYS HERE . I was outside for about 30 minutes of my life that I will never see again when if U-Haul cared about their customers, they would make sure that they have clear Posted signs of how and where to drop off the truck. I am very disappointed. I spent too much money to have to waste so much of my life to simply find a key drop box. This needs to be reviewed by upper management, and hopefully corporate will respond to this manner. I’m very unhappy, and very dissatisfied with the service that I received from U-Haul and the ending of my trip.

When I arrived, I stood outside for 5 minutes in the cold after the posted open time (7AM). I was waiting for them to open the door. They saw me, but continued to count money for the register. When I knocked, they signaled for me to wait a minute. When I was let inside, there was no greeting, they just continued to count money. They drafted a contract, explained very little of how the process worked, had me sign a few things and handed me the keys. They also gave me a vehicle with 7 miles to empty on the gas and told me to go to the gas station down the road. Once fueled, I couldn’t get turned around so I had to go down the road a bit and use extra miles which I was ultimately charged $12 for. I was charged for their failure to fuel the vehicle. I checked my contract and saw my drop off date was March 1st, no one ever told me a specific time my vehicle needed to be dropped off. I dropped it off at the end of the day on March 1st. Then I was told I was late and was charged for an additional day. So because of the lack of communication and lack of attention to detail on U-Haul’s behalf, I was charged an additional $99. This is not right, I’m currently waiting 3 business days to hear if the charges will be taken off. The Stockbridge, GA location needs training.

70692044 I want to commend Jacob on a well managed facility. The moment I walked in, I was greeted and waited on in a timely manner. I want to definitely thank Tyler foe all his assistance. The Gentlemen was well knowledgeable and helpful with me. He was able to answer all my questions that we had and definitely made.us more comfortable about doing the move we had to do. Thanks Jacob and Tyler for making our experience great!! We will definitely return again.

This place deserves 0 stars... customer service is a joke. They hire lazy young people. We buy LP gas from them ever week for over a year. It's been something every week. No one to fill tanks to waiting 45 mins to an hour to get somone out here. I wouldn't waste my time or engery.

All of the employees working at this location on 12/16/2023 were extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I interacted with 4 employees and they were all great. Moving forward I will only rent from this location.

Everyone at this location was extremely friendly and very helpful. I even needed movers at the last minute and a young lady helped me and I left my hand truck and a young man helped me load it into my car. I definitely will do business with them again.

Rented some equipment for a move and it definitely didn’t go like I wanted which to no fault to U-Haul or the equipment I rented but Jacob at the Eagles landing U-Haul went above and beyond taking care of me and easing the pain of my trip! The awesome service he gave I’m definitely using U-haul again and even more would choose the Eagles landing location and so should you!

I have been charged TWICE by this location 100 extra dollars. When I asked why BIRH times they said because I dumped trash there! WHAT? I have NEVER left so much as a piece of paper!! I am disgusted when I see people litter on the street!How can you just ASSUME it was me! The manager was sooooo rude..saying his person said he spoke with me!! WHAT?? I have NEVER spoken to anyone about litter!! The manager Locco said, he was going to stand behind his employee and believe them!! WHAT!!As soon as I mentioned I would email the corporate office, then all of a sudden, he decided to do research and check the cameras..This is the 2nd time this has happened..so, I am wondering if this is a scam…a way for them to STEAL money!

Made the reservation online, when I picked Hector went outside with me to get the trailer, he never checked to make sure everything or checked to see if the door rolled up. When we got to our destination it took us 2+ hours to get the door rolled up but we couldn't get it rolled back down. Breakdown line sent 2 guys out 90 min later and it took them another 2 hours to fix the door.Good customer service would have checked everything out to make sure the equipment was in good working order. Now I just got a call asking when I was bringing the unit back, the one I dropped off yesterday.... by Hector
