I recommend this facility to anyone with young children! My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to the needs of my 3 year old son. Jacie the manager is always there to answer any questions I may have and takes the time to help my son with any problems that may occur.

Do not put your children in this school. They torture your kids, one teacher dragged my child across the floor literally. These recent 5 star reviews are by teachers that work at the school. The director doesn’t care about what these teachers do. School so bad that the director stopped bringing her daughter to the school. If you running the school and it’s not safe or appropriate for your child are you really doing a good job as a director. District manager doesn’t do anything about director. All the original teachers quit or got fired because they spoke up about children being mistreated. My daughter was scared to go to school everyday and the teacher that dragged my child still work at the school.

Don’t go here unless you want your child to get yanked by their arm and slung into the room .. I came on the perfect day it was crazy I watched an employee who was very loud and yanked an infant up. On top of that they are hiring just anybody to work there I heard the auditor herself say they need to fill the classrooms and staff immediately also they pointed out safety issues as well which the coordinator didn’t act fast or seem to care for lol a wreck

I am so disappointed with the management of children in this place. Constant phone calls and requests to pick up my child because of "bad" behavior; spilling milk, not listening, being disruptive, etc. Many of the complaints are expected behaviors for toddlers and should not have been phone calls. The worst part is that when my child got disciplined for spitting out milk, not a single staff member made the connection that my child is ALLERGIC to milk, which is why he spit it out in the first place. Beyond the constant unnecessary phone calls, the "behavior management strategies" were never put into effect. The only strategy is bringing children to the front office and having parents pick them up. Meanwhile, the classrooms are extremely chaotic, which encourages misbehavior. The access cameras were NEVER set to whichever classroom he was signed into. 3x his spare clothes went missing and we never recovered them, labeling children as "bad", dealing with behaviors by constantly moving children around to other rooms. Almost daily I would have to go to several rooms looking for my child. I had no issues with my child's teacher Ms. Damani, however, the program director is rude and short and I could tell she did not like my child. Her poor attitude trickles down and you can hear the bad attitude, annoyance and rude tone of voice when you do get calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to constantly be stressed out by ridiculous phone calls and complaints.

I love Children’s Courtyard so much ! Especially because they have cameras ? The director is hands on and actually makes her presence known around the school. She pays attention to who is sick and who could potentially spread an illness MAJOR CREDIT FOR THAT .. who wants to get sick lol Children’s courtyard teachers take time with teaching and caring for your kids :) My son is very shy at first and Neurodivergent they welcomed him with open arms and made him fit right in ? I would recommend anyone with small children to enroll THEY ALSO TAKE CAPS ! And have a summer camp … 10/10

The Childrens Court (Stockbridge) has one of the best caring and loving team of teachers in the state of Georgia, along with the best director and assistant director. My daughter her been attending since she was months (February of 2022) and they are always open arms ready to receive her. She loves her teachers and classmates. I see progress with my daughter in many areas. I love all of the staff and feel very confident when my daughter is in their care. I highly recommended.

It crazy I used to love this school. If your child has to go to the Early Preschool room run. The Early Preschool teacher Arionna Jones literally dragged my daughter across the floor and I put in a complaint about; they told me they were going to pull the camera but yet nothing as happened yet. My daughter since she has been her teacher had been having nightmares and etc at night and not sleeping during night time. Instead of realizing that the teacher may be the problem they allowed this teacher to label my child as the bad child. So all the other teachers in the building just saw my child as the bad child. While this teacher just snatched toys out of students hands and etc. they kept taking my daughter out of camera view and could been doing good knows what to my child. This teacher also has very bad attitude she is also a liar, and doesn’t know how to speak to parents or people period. The other teacher Mekillah Currington her accomplice just stands by and doesn’t speak up on what she sees and just lets this teacher do whatever to the students. Instead of the Director researching it, she just wants to say my child was over stimulated in that classroom so just moved my daughter to another to next step to solve the problem as if my daughter is not going to still see this teacher in the hallway. Why is this teacher still employed after dragging my child across the floor??????????????

Personally, they don't deserve 1 star. This center should be shut down and never allowed to operate the way they do. It seems that every child that they can't manage because of their lack of experience and child care education are labeled as "bad, over stimulated or are delayed developmentally". Half of the teachers are related to or are close friends to the director. They show up after the children arrive which contributes to the unstructured environment. There is no consistency with anything. If the teachers are in a bad mood or are tired the daily schedule goes as follows... breakfast, play time, lunch, nap time which could last 3 hours, snack time, play time, pick up. No curriculum provided at any level. So, they are basically overcharged babysitters!

I really hated the fact that the staff were always short handed and it was always the same 3 kids that liked to hit and kick and nothing would happen cause it was one teacher looking over 13 little ones. That used to hurt my soul. Wish parents would teach their kids some manners. But having one teacher in a room was unacceptable, THEY CANNOT handle that job alone.

Just check the Georgia DECAL site! Children are left unsupervised and put in danger. Our son went here for several months. Huge mistake this place needs to be shut down!!

I love loved loved this childcare facility for my babies. Unfortunately we moved to a different state. I would recommend ?. They actually teach the kids and have live camera access which was bomb. Now that my babies are in this new setting with no cameras I’m a little sad due to what I was used to.

I would NEVER recommend this horrible facility that they call a daycare. The only positive review I have for this daycare is that there are live cameras for parents to see the chaos that is going on around our kids. (1) They are extremely short staffed. There are 12-14 kids in one classroom per teacher. There are days where teachers are absent and a classroom of those 14 kids are combined with another classroom with one teacher. They are so short staffed that the unprofessional director Ms. Nicole discussed with me that having a parent and teacher conference to address my concern would not happened due to low teachers. (2) The teachers are obviously winging it on a daily basis. The Pre-K room has absolutely no structure and schedule. As stated on the school’s website, Children’s Courtyard is supposed to “empower children to be ready for school” however, they are setting them up for failure. Learning activities are little to none while playtime grows daily and nap time gets longer. (3) The expelled and suspension rate are far more higher than school systems. The Director has no patience and obviously doesn’t understand that suspending a child allows the child to miss out on critical early learning opportunities that help them be socially, emotionally and academically ready for kindergarten. Not only was my son suspended every week for more than a day for developmentally normal behaviors. He was withdrawn from the school without notice. Be aware of the 5/5 star comments on their website and do you research……PLEASE

Horrible meet and greet. We came because we had called the 1-800 number for potential childcare. Had a scheduled tour appointment. We arrived to find out that they didn't have availability for a 1 year old. She proceeds to ask how old is the child, we say 1 year, then she says how close to one is he! I mean 14 months, either the child is 1 or 2 what you mean??? That's fine. But the lady name Ms. Garner was very unprofessional. All she had to do was offer us to sign up on wait list and could have at least gave us a tour or provided information on the facility, fees, and so forth. Instead she looking at us like we stank and wasn't friendly at all. I believe all the bad reviews. I was gonna give this place the benefit of a doubt. But we definitely will let anyone and everyone know how rude and unprofessional Ms. Garner was on potential customers that could have been to this establishment.

My WORST EXPERIENCE HERE!!! Will not give 1star if I have My way......The first few months we started was okay until they started changing their teachers too frequent, and move kids around because they had not substitute teachers, then we noticed the kids dont want to go to school and cry whenever they are dropped off.All they care about is money,Very impatient with kids. They give ticket to 2.5 year old child at any slightest event but when your child gets a mark/injured,they tell you they dont know when that happened (I ask myself what they are paid for??).Several messages sent to us after a monday(weekly)payment about their teachers testing positive for covid and still did not close to disinfect the building. On a fateful day,My daughter got home sick, throwing up(and was throughout the night.)Few days later, she started complaining about her left arm,we asked them if they knew she fell in school or on the playground and the answer I got was not convincing enough. In about 3days the hand got swollen and was swelling and hot from the shoulder down to the wrist, then we had to go to the emergency and was diagnosed of Staphylococcus Aureus-STAPH (found in her blood stream and bone marrow)she was in the hospital for 17days where she had 3 sections of surgery in her left arm??and has to live with the scars, those days were my worst nightmare. We told the management about the situation and to my surprise, was told we had to pay for her spot even when the brother was still going to school every day because they wouldn't allow him stay with us in the hospital.Do not take your Child here,I will say you take your time and look elsewhere.
