Went in without an appointment to open an account. I was by a teller that it would be 15-20 minutes. A white man walked in after I had been there for about 20 minutes. He waited less than 10 minutes, got up and went to the back as soon as Mary(the rep that I was waiting for) was done with her client. She took him immediately. The rep knew that I had been waiting and sent Juan to check to see if he had an appointment. The white man did not. She told him to tell Mary(white woman) that I had been waiting. Instead of telling him that he had jumped the line, they chose to make me wait for someone else to clock in when she finished her lunch break. They did not mind offending the black woman but, they dared not offend to offend the white man. Just another case of white people can’t wait. The racism was truly apparent. Mary knew that I had been waiting but chose to take care of him first. I guess Truist does not value black business as much as they do white. Needless to say, I left without opening an account. I already have accounts with Truist which I will now be closing. According to the way that I was treated, I would take my black business elsewhere.

there are many lousy offices of Truist, but this one ranks right at the top. On Friday, June 16. Had to wait 25 minutes in the drive in ATM. Obviously not enough staffing. Got out of my car went to the walk up ATM and made my deposit. The next day I got an email telling me they were holding $8000 from that deposit and would until June 28. On Tuesday, June 20 called and left messages twice to talk to them about lifting the hold. Never received a call back. This bank is totally incompetent and needs to go away.

My review is based on the physical ATM and bank location itself and not the bank tellers themselves. They have always been great to me every time I use the drive through.1st. This location needs to be given some TLC from the outside, using the vessel always makes me feel like I am going to catch some sort of physical infection from how dirty and old it is.2nd. The ATM is not in a good position. Every single time I go here I feel like I have to watch my back. Where it’s location, you can literally be trapped in if someone wanted to rob you. And there would be nothing you could do about it. That makes me so uncomfortable. When ever I see another car parking near the ATM while I am using it, I get sick to my stomach knowing I am a literal sitting duck. Please think about this when remodeling this location.

I have been banking at this location for 30 years I have seen a lot of changes. However I have learned that if you'll just hang on with the people that are inside servicing us and give them time to learn and adapt to the changes that they have to go through then it will make it easier for us.

Much empathy on the 14 reviews that are 1.5 stars. They need to cleanse this place. I’ve noticed that facilities that hire people that at least appear to be healthy function much better. I got McDonald’s service here. Felt like filling my deposit slip out with a crayon just to blend in. What circuitry. Sorry, CIRCUSsry (new word).

Terrible experience! I had to wait almost an hour just to do a wire transfer and there are literally three customers in the building. I’ll be closing my account SOON because everything about this bank is abysmal.

These tellers are so SLOW 30 MIN WAIT TIME TO WITHDRAW MONEY AT WINDOW . I AM LITERALLY GOING TO CANCEL THEM AND SWITCH BANKS
