I rented a unit at this location Sept 2023. November 2023 my rental rate increased. My unit was broken into around April 2024 and I had to purchase a new lock. My unit was broken into again in August 2024. I was expected to purchase another lock to replace my damaged lock. My experience with this business was very stressful and never did the property manager call to apologize nor try to offer a discounted rate.

I stopped by the Davidson location to check out their availability of 10 x 10 units. Ms. Diane was training a new person, but she took the time to help me. She was kind and extremely thorough with her explanations. She took all the time that I needed to make sure that I had the perfect unit for me. Ms. Diane fully explained the double security feature to the property and the climate controlled building. She clarified all of the fees (rental insurance included). I was very satisfied with the quality customer service that I received!!!! Thanks Ms. Diane and SecurCare Self Storage!!

We went to the Self Storage in Stockbridge on Davidson Cir.E, Alexis was very friendly , thorough and attended to all our needs and she took her time explaining and showing us the different storage units sizes ,options climate controlled vs outside , prices ,including insurance options ! She also explained that there could be a 30 day notice for rate hikes . At this facility we got the best monthly deal for a large outside secure storage unit with drive up access and insurance . I had a great storage experience. They called me in a timely manner on anything that happened with my storage unit. They made it easy for my family to help me empty my storage unit even though I couldn’t be present. I would use them again.

Alexis has great customer service, she is a wonderful person! She offered water when I came into the office from moving in the heat. She was helpful in helping me purchasing boxes after I had a couple of my boxes broke. What a great person you have hired to be your spokesperson.
